Poolside Concierge

I am very disappointed with his services and I am in the market for a new Pool guy.
David has NO respect or consideration for the small clientele he does have at the moment. If he has any hope to grow his business he needs to nurture the one he have right now and not ignore his customers request or concerns.
I truly hope he learns from his mistakes and get better or soon he will not have a customer to call himself a pool guy! Sorry David, but I wont waste my money with someone who doesnt care.

Talk about service. My wife and I was visiting friends of ours, and notice a couple of people of in the corner serving people and passing out towels and cleaning up after people. I asked if they had hire a maid and he said no Poolside Concierge...much better than a maid. We were treated with respect and we never had to ask for anything. They were always there when we needed anything.
