She was relaxed &amp; Chrissy was great with her. Bella, (my dog) is getting used to it, but she does so much better when I am bathing her as opposed to the groomer. The shampoos are fantastic, &amp; I love that I dont strain my back scrubbing her in the tub or have wads of dog hair on my wall after she shakes off in the bath room. Its so nice to not have the aroma of wet dog in my house!
