I bought a Groupon for Get your Move On...wow, how deceptive it was! They ended up charging me not only an hourly rate, but threw $175 on TOP of their hourly rate for the half hour drive to where they were moving my furniture. I felt ripped off and over charged, and they just stood there and said "well, call the owner if you want to complain, but basically pay up...." I'm disgusted with them and their tactics of offering a low price and then throwing a huge bill at me as they walked out the door.

I chose this company because I read other reviews and thought my move would go smoothly. Well it didnt! The movers they sent to me were very slow, complaining and seemed to be hung over. I paid close to $1400.00 to move a basic 2 bedroom condo from Scottsdale to my new house. This just dragged on all day and seemed like they would never get done. I called a few buddies of mine to come and help out because this move wasnt getting done. They were slow and it was costing me a small fortune. Make matters worse my boxes had been gone through. I know this because there was different tape that was placed over top of the tape Me and my wife used. I havent came up with anything missing yet and I hope it stays that way. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I wish I would have known how much this was going to cost me. I think $1400.00 bucks was to dam much to move what I had to move. The movers were slow slow slow and it ended up costing me. Never again will I use them,,,,

We have searched both our Quickbooks archives and our customer relationship management software for a John I. and could not find one. We send out e-mail surveys the day after every move and we make follow-up phone calls as well. While we are not perfect on every move, we are passionate about the experience of our customers. Roger, my partner, and myself have our cell phone numbers all over our web site and marketing collateral. We are as transparent as a company can be to the point of having YouTube videos of all our movers and office staff on our web site. Get Your Move On came into my 3 bedroom apartment and had me all loaded up and off to their storage in just about 3 hours.
both men that showed up were very nice and well dressed for the job. Jose was a pleasure to have on my job. He has a lot of experience and it showed in his ability to Finnish the move in a timely manor.
I would recommend Get Your Move On to all my friends and family. All out best move i have ever had. Very happy customer.

The first thing to mention about Get Your Move On is their pricing, which I found to be quite reasonable. These guys were extremely professional, but not at the cost of being courteous and friendly. They moved us from a second story apartment to another second story apartment.......obviously not the easiest job for them. The most amazing example I can give to show how careful they were with our belongings is this: when I unpacked my wood Chinese Checkers set, not one marble had rolled out of place....not one! That may sound a little silly when you first read it, but consider what it says about how they handled our stuff.
The care that the movers took for each and every one of my belongings was way beyond my expectations.
This moving company is one great business. They not only moved our belongings without any problems, but they were timely and very reasonable.Did I also mention how professional they are? try them.
