This was my worst experience in las vegas. I would not recommend this place, there are too many other clubs that aren't discriminatory towards their patrons in LV.

My girlfriend and i were approached by a guy in the lobby offering us free VIP entry into the club. We were going to the LUXOR for a nice steak dinner and to enjoy one of the shows. We told the guy that our show did not get out until midnite and her said that he would hold our names until 1am.

after a good dinner and great show, we approached the entrance to LAX. The customer service was non-existant. The people working at the door dont even acknowledge people trying to get. after being ignored by the blond lady with the notepad, we finally got another guy to check for our names on the list.

We got past the first set of ropes and the bouncer refused to let my girlfriend in the club despite her having a valid Illinois license and her military id. They passed her ids along without even acknowledging out questions or explaining their actions. They could not give us a valid reason for not accepting the id, even when we contacted the hotel manager who verified her valid id.

Hotel security had her sign her name to verify her signature for no apparent reason before turning us away. What a bunch of idiots. The hotel manager was the only voice of reason and she even contacted the manager at the club Mark Han who couldn't explain it either but still would not let us in. Ridiculous!

We have gone to many other places on the strip and have never had any issues and are ofter approached while visiting hotels by hotel personnel soliciting us to come to their clubs so this was unbelievable.

My only guess is this place descriminates against me as a minority or military personnel or who knows what. They told the hotel manager that they didnt want our business. They ruined a great night for us and I would recommend going to many of the other clubs that appreciate your business. LAX gets a fail. This place SUX.

STAY AWAY!!!!

I was at the 2011 New Years party at LAX and left before midnight it sucked so bad. Diddy was no where to be seen until right before midnight. It should have been called a party with an "appearance" by Diddy. Not "Hosted" by. I expected a little more after paying $175 for a ticket and then $16 a piece for redbull vodkas. A rum and coke was $14. Long story short, the party was a rip off. There was also no seating because they had it all roped off.

I went here with my girlfriend and we loved the place. The music was incredible! His name was DJ Hollywood and he was one of (if not the) best DJs I'd ever heard. We are making a return trip and were planning on going to LAX just to hear him, but it looks like he isn't there anymore:( He is spinning at several venues, one of which is the new Crown Nightclub (http:www.thecrownvegas.) inside The Rio. He is spinning at a "Roller Boogie" party on Sundays starting June 20! That sounds like so much fun. I will definitely be checking it out when we are in Vegas next month.

My 4 year old son and I walked into the eerily quiet store....all of the furniture was nice, clean and neatly displayed. I am a huge fan of the Flexa bed system, and planned on purchasing a loft/slide bed for my son. There was one man in the store, sitting on the computer, not acknowledging me upon arrival, until several minutes later. This bald man was not friendly - clearly uninterested in selling a thing to me. He did not make eye contact when I asked him several questions, just seemed irritated that my son and I were even in the store. Too bad...I'm really disappointed in the service. This bald man says he does the installation, too. Another cue, no way is he stepping into my home. Flexa, find better people to represent your business. I will not recommend this store to anyone! The service in this Las Vegas store needs to be improved. Future customers of Flexa, just check online...that's what the bald man told me to do! VEry poor customer service.

Went there a few times and I'd recommend going on their Industry night which is Wednesday since it's sometimes quiet on weekends. Table service was nice there and even if you don't have a table reserved, the service is generally pretty good. The drinks were also prepared well and served quickly. The dance floor area was a bit crowded but not to the point that it was a major issue. I seen a few reviews that mentioned they had bad "VIP" hosts at LAX (there's good hosts and bad hosts in Vegas so just have to tread carefully with that). I actually had a good host when I went to LAX named Nick, so ask for him.

Cons: Dance floor gets crowded, some weekends quiet

My girls and I had fun at this club a few weekends ago when hitting the strip. There was a great DJ and drinks were flowing. We met a great bartender, James?, and he made us shots with ty ku and vodka...I think it was called a Hello Kitty? it was really good and made for a fun night. Check it out if you are on this part of the strip.

We went here during my bachelorette party. We had no trouble getting into the club, but the fun ended there. The music was good, but the drinks were overpriced and the place was so crowded you could hardly move. The guys there were kinda creepy too. I was not impressed with the place.

I've been told by fellow people "Oh go to LAX" when you go to Vegas. So i went and it didn't really meet my expectations. The place was super crowded and kind of small (compared to Tao). I was literally claustrophobic in there. Although the place had a nice stage, the dance floor is kind of small. The drinks were priced moderately (in terms of Vegas). The VIP areas looked particularly small too. As a girl and going in with all girls, we got in for free. But i wouldn't pay a cover to go here.

A friend and I called in advance to insure we would have a nice VIP table for a special night at LAX. NKOTB were hosting an after party there and we wanted to come. We were coming from Nashville TN so we wanted to get all the ducks in a row before we booked hotels and plane tickets. We were promised by "STEVE" at this club that we would be treated well and have a nice table. He assured us that he would take care of us. Not only did we wait in line forever to get in we were seated at a table in a hallway facing the restrooms. It costed us $600.00 for this table. All night I could see straight into the men's bathroom and see men urinating, it was horrible. We complained to Steve so he sends this goon named "FRANK" to come lie to our faces. He promised us wristbands that would allow us on stage, then he said he would find us another table and none of this ever happened. It was like once they got their $600.00 out of us they didnt care. This is sad because we were willing to spend a substantial amount of cash, and we flew in from across the country just to come to this stinking club... the treatment we received was not only insulting but dishonest and tasteless- please avoid this dreadful joke of a night club.

While window shopping in the new town square development in Las Vegas, I managed to get 'pulled into' the Flexa store by my 5 year old daughter. She fell inlove with the white princess bed in the window! Needless to say, we ended up buying the princess loft bed for my daughter. The staff were young, attentive and very friendly. I was ready to buy the princess bed before i knew about the product on just the look of it alone. I was then told about the flexa system and was astounded! Truly great value for money as this bed can be converted into many other options and configurations. The delivery company came and installed the bed this weekend, and i have to say, i was very impressed with the courtesy and timely manner at which they came and set it up!

If you are looking for furniture for your child, you have to visit the flexa store to look at their product - i'm sure you will fall in love with it, as did i and more importantly, so will your kids!

An elated customer for life!

As soon as we walked in we wanted to walk right back out, but after spending an hour or so waiting in the "guest list" line to get in with our free "VIP" passes, which actually turned out to be $20 each, we tried to hang in there and give the place a shot... Boy we were wrong. There is no A/C, drinks are over priced, the "dance floor" is more like a "corridor", the VIP rooms are furnished with mini fans (rememer no AC), there is no place to sit, no smoking section so there is cigarette smoke everywhere, and naturally everyone inside looks like they just ran a marathon. Honestly, I would have rather just stayed in the room..

I have been to Vegas and pretty much every single club there. By far LAX is the worst. We waited in line for over an hour despite being on the guest list, which everyone else is also on. Also the "VIP Entry" cards found throughout the casino have no effect or any kind of discount.

You can only sit down and chat if you have a booth and bottle service, there is no ventilation whatsoever and with 10,000 people smoking it gets very nasty in there. There is no patio and no AC. The $13 shots and $10 beers (before tip) are way to overpriced even for the strip on a weekend. If you are lucky to even get a drink.

Don't be fooled by the hype, the truth is this is the worst club in the world. I will never go to this club again and neither should you. I had to choose a "1-star" rating because no stars was not an option.

Wife & I flew in after spending a week in L.A. looking for a decent club. We figured LAX was a sure bet to live up to the hype - boy were we wrong... Website says it opens at 10pm, which means they start letting people line-up at 10pm for a good hour prior to letting anyone inside (to make it look like a big deal for club-nubs). The bouncers are somewhat (expectedly) rude but also humorous in their attempt to "look" big-cityish. I doubt most of them have ever been to a nightclub outside of Vegas (the same doubt applies to the club management, who also portrayed a somewhat amateurish demeanor). We had paid for the balcony VIP seating, which by looking at the crowded dancefloor below, is really a necessity. There was absolutely no room for anybody on the dance floor to move, let alone dance. There is very, very, very little standing room downstairs so people just stand on the dancefloor. Bartenders were a little slow but our drinks orders were accurately made. The music/mixing was just so-so. It seemed as soon as they got people "wanting" to dance (b/c there's no room to physically do it), they'd stop the mojo with a string of poor mixes. Bartenders: GRADE B-, too slow but knew their drinks. Bouncers: GRADE D-, boys trying to do a man's job, zero crowd control skills. Management: GRADE D, touristy Vegas club work does not make an adequate resume reference. Music: GRADE C+ , maybe they stop the good mixes so nobody complains about the lack of dancefloor. Club Layout: GRADE F, maybe one-third of its claimed square-footage is usuable space - pathetic. Overall: GRADE D-, I would not recommend this club at any price, there are a lot better clubs on the strip regardless of the (laughing to myself) so-called "possibility" that an A-list celebrity shows-up. And the one's that (alledgedly) do, I can assure are paid to do so by the Luxor.

This is a really cool nightclub. The scene is early to late twenties and can get really really crowded. There is a very large dance floor in the center, but other than that, there are not many places to stand except for near the bars unless you have VIP seating. It can be very fun if you are in the mood for some very close dancing. It also can take a while to get into the club, especially for guys. But overall, this is a very fun nightclub.

All this hype for this club and me and my friends were HUGELY disappointed. The only way to enjoy this club is to have a reserved table which we were told one price was $10,000. Are you kidding me?!?! It was insanely packed that you couldn't even move, let alone dance. The music was much to be desired. We will definately not come again, and will be telling all our friends who travel a lot to pass on this club.

This was my first club experience in Vegas and I had a great time. It was my birthday and since we were staying in the Luxor figured it would be a good idea to be within walking distance :-) It was a Thursday so not a super busy night for them but we also went back Saturday and had a good time as well. Thursday was exceptional though so I had to write a review. Being in the business for 15 years I wasn't sure what to expect being my first time in Vegas but the drinks were good, friendly bartender (thur night). The best part was we started talking to the Bar mgr ( sorry it was bday- don't remember his name) and he took us to the back bar where Chris made us some great drinks. It was nice to be treated as a VIP especailly in a great club like LAX. Previous reviews, well those ppl don't sound like they are in the business. There was a back walkway if you didn't want to fight the crowd. Granted the bars could have been a little larger but I don't think we waited more than 3 minutes even when we were there on a Saturday and it was a packed house. I would definately recommend this place to any of my fellow bartenders in the biz!!

We went Friday nite & got in free, thank God. Poor layout of club, you have to walk thru the cramped dance floor to get anywhere. It was a complete sausage-fest! Not many good-looking people, guys or girls. The most rude & unfriendly people I've ever met in a club in Vegas.

a group of friends went there expecting a great time. what we got instead was an overcrowded club with no room for improvements.

first we get there and are given free passes to get in. by the time you get to the entrance, what do you know, the free passes are no longer valid and you have to shell out $20 for guys and $10 for girls. I had 3 girls with me and they still made me pay for the girls. what type of club is that that makes girls pay?? If you ask me the guy at the register was picky about who he charged and who he let in. there was a group of indian guys in front of us and one of them was wearing a turban or whatever its called that they wear on their head. anyway he was told it was $40 to get in and denied his free pass voucher.

ok then you get in. now before it was LAX, the club use to be RA. i went to RA one time and had a great time. when they opened LAX i thought they would expand the joint since i thought RA was a bit small. its built the hot dog way and not the hambuger way in the sense that the dance floor is long rather than wide. they have more place for "VIP'S" than for the regular folk. all these VIPS are lame just sitting there on their couches thinking they're looking cool.

the dancefloor was way overcrowded . it was a pin ball machine trying to dance so we gave up. i mean you can even check out the ladies because its so damn uncomfortable in there that someone is always pushing you off balance.

the bars are too few. the bartenders were cool but it seemed even they know that the bars are not in the right spots at this club.

i guess LAX got carried away in trying to appeal to the celebs and all that. they are trying to compete with TAO and other clubs of high class and it just aint gonna work. i mean this club is at the Luxor and although the Luxor is a beautiful hotel it just doesnt have the same glitz as the venetian or the wynn.

a group of friends went there expecting a great time. what we got instead was an overcrowded club with no room for improvements.

first we get there and are given free passes to get in. by the time you get to the entrance, what do you know, the free passes are no longer valid and you have to shell out $20 for guys and $10 for girls.

Pros: the music, although you cant dance, you can stand and bob your head

Cons: crowd, atmosphere

In Short
Toss aside all thoughts of this being an aviation museum tucked inside a nightclub. It's not. The reincarnation of LAX in Las Vegas (the original is in Hollywood) is a bit more London-esque with rich, red leathers,…
