I recently worked with Dino Paris addressing the specific problem of anxiety. The result of our work together was remarkable. Dino assisted me in tracing the anxiety back to a particular childhood memory that was representative of numerous such instances which had taken place. I have been able to complete a forgiveness process which has given me an emotional freedom which I desired for as long as I can remember. I have the highest regard for Dino as a highly skilled and compassionate professional, and have no hesitation in recommending him to others who have anxiety and/or long-standing trauma which they would like to address.

Some years ago I had the amazing privilege of being able to co-facilitate a therapeutic group, called "Expressions," with Dino Paris. It was kind of like being in the same painting studio as a Picasso or Van Gough: to observe and be part of Dino's magic.
He has an unusual ability to bond with many different types of people, and bring out their most positive and creative sides. He is simply a brilliant therapist and creative artist. Anyone who is lucky enough to enter therapy with Dino will forever be grateful for the experience. He is truly one of a kind.

Dino,
Thanks for giving me my life back. I had been to other therapists before, but you were the only who was able to help me actually get through all of my past "traumas" so to speak and really experience all of the joys life has to offer. I was skeptical of EMDR for a long time, not really believing it could work - but it does! Its amazing. Thank you for everything. Really, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Dino's ability to guide and facilitate the releasing of painful or troubling thoughts allowed me to create a space for renewed energy. His respect for my faith and personal belief systems coupled with his expertise in therapy allowed me to move forward and see myself in a new, positive, and energetic way. His work is quick and powerful. I am grateful for the time spent in his care.

In April my Fiance and I were in a serious car accident which left me with broken bones and a broken spirit. The emotional pain was something unexpected and I was refered to Dino for help. He helped me get over my new found anxiety over driving, and made me realize that the painful memories are just memories and can't hurt me anymore. Thank you Dino!

The first of June my wife of 11 years and I split-up. I was verbally abusive to her and my step daughter, was controlling over my wife, and had alot of trust issue. I was given Dinos number from a friend who encouraged me to go seek help for the depression, anger, resentment and the loneliness. At our first meeting he "cleansed" a memory of mine for thirty years ago. I know it sounded pretty hokie to me too, but as i left his office and got in my car, i realized this memory that had always played out in my head didn't bother me so much, and then a few miles down the road it bothered me even less and the next day it was what it was supposed to be a memory that i could look back on and learn from- nothing more. I have seen dino a few times since then to address the other issues in my life and every time while I'm walking away the issue shrinks and shrinks the further from his office i get. He has helped me greatly, i smile more i feel better about myself than i have in a long time . I think his kind and gentle demeanor helps in the process.. I originally arrived in Dino's office with a mountain of problems. My anxiety overwhelmed me, I had a chronic headache and trouble sleeping. A combination of stress and fear had me paralyzed, unable to function. After three sessions, DINO HEALED ME! Through his commpassion and unique ability to make me feel safe and secure. He brought light to my life so that i could see from an enlightened perspective. I was amazed. Now I have no fear, everythings ok and no more headache! I strongly reccomend him to anyone whos looking for a kind, loving, gentle, understanding, healing and warm hearted therapist. There's nothing you wont like about him. THANKS DINO!! You saved my life.

It is very hard to put into a few words all of the gratitude I feel toward Dino. A good portion of my life I felt lost and didn't know what my purpose in life was. I suffered from low self esteem and had experienced some trauma when I was younger. It felt like the world was against me sometimes.
Everything changed when I started meeting with Dino. He helped me heal the traumas, find the joy in my life and I started believing in myself again. It is because of Dino that I now believe that anything is possible. He has helped me set goals and find my creative side. He doesn't judge and is very nurturing and kind. The love and passion he has for what he does is infectious. He has helped me open my heart and soul to all the love that is available to each and every one of us. It's so wonderful to spread it around and share it. Thank you Dino, for helping me find my purpose and for being such a bright light for all of us!

Working with Dino has been a fantastic experience. The technique is effective and results are amazingly immediate. It is evident as I make shifts and changes and build new constructs those around me also shift in a positive way. I was so relieved to hear in his introduction that the healing comes from within me and was an empowering thought for one who had spent most of her 60 years being controlled by what others did and thought. The work I've done with Dino has brought me from the depths of depression to actually being able to hear and feel myself laugh! I highly recommend Dino as a person and a therapist. His availability and compassion are sincere and most appreciated.

Dino is skillful, compassionate, and honest. He was attentive to the problems we were having in our relationship and guided us carefully to a space where we could engage in safe and meaningful dialogue. Dino did not treat our problems like they were never-ending--we immediately dove into strategies designed to move us forward toward a fulfilling resolution. I am grateful for the time we spent with him, and I recommend his services without hesitation to anyone struggling with relationship issues or the traumatic events that we all carry with us.

My family and I are at the beginning of what is already an amazing life changing journey with Dino's help. After losing my mom tragically as a child, the painful memory of that moment has held me hostage for 28-years. With Dino's caring guidance and EMDR,I was able to put the memory in a place where I can be free. I am more present with my kids,everything seems brighter and life more full. Now I believe anything is possible! My husband and I have a lot more to work on to change our families lives for the better and we are so grateful to have Dino guiding us through it! Thank you Dino!

Dino is one of the best! My daughter and I have experienced some traumatic events in the last few months. I had been seeing state paid counselors for the events that occurred and needless to say not one of these counselors were able to gain the trust of my 8yr. old daughter. So, I decided to go off of a recommendation from one of my friends who said that Dino was great. I am very impressed with him as a person and a professional. Our EMDR treatments are really working and my daughter talks about wanting to see him all the time. He is the best. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dino!

I would highly recommend Dino Paris if you are experiencing any family challenges, or are looking for better self understanding. Dino has many tools to help teach you new techiques of handling the day to day challenges of family life, and creating a peaceful family environment. After my first visit I saw immediate results. Dino is compassionate, understanding, and readily available. He makes everyone feel special and at ease when discussing lifes issues with him.

I would highly recommend Dino Paris to anyone that is experiencing family issues. I have 5 kids ranging from ages 6 to 16. My three older children are from my first marriage so we have the challenges of a blended family. I came to Dino needing the tools to manage my family in an effective manner.

I have tried other counselors for years and immedately after working with Dino Paris we had the results we were looking for.
