When he called the next day, he told me that he had changed the hard drive (without my permission) for $85, added Anti-Virus software for $35 (that he originally claimed would be included in the tune-up). Worst of all, the computer came back in far worse condition than when i had given it to them (the viruses were still present!!)</p> <p>The technicians demanded that i pay in cash (I wonder what they are hiding) but i refused to pay for the service that they failed to provide. When i told him i didn't want these items and that i wasn't going to pay until they were removed, i was threatened.
