After we moved we got a bill from Baystate that showed us using Gas after we had already left the house. I called to see what happened. The simple answer was that they were behind in reading meters from residences where people had moved. A new bill would be coming showing correct adjustment as soon as they were caught up. It eventually came, and I paid it. In the meantime, it had been turned over to a bill collector! The whole thing was pretty frustrating. Until then, I never had a problem with Baystate Gas. It did get resolved...
