I would definetely recommend Career Colleges Of America in South Gate. This college has excellent teachers and staff, they are very friendly and proffesional. They guide their students and help them all the way untill they acquire the required skills and knowledge needed to succeed out in the real world. I am very proud of my decision to go continue my education to Career Colleges Of America. Now I am a Pharmacy Technician and working on Campus working as a Student Services Assistant in South Gate Campus.

CCA has given me the opportunity to achieve a life long dream of becoming a nurse. I am very happy with all the staff and instructors and I love their open door policy that they offer to everyone. CCA has given me the knowledge and skills that I need and has given me the key to success in life.... A CAREER.

I am a 2006 VN grad from CCA and am currently preparing to go for my RN. The knowledge and experience i acquired at CCA was invaluable in my chosen field. I went into this program with my eyes wide open and with the understanding that it was going to take work to reach my goal. I was given the tools at CCA and it was my choice to put forth the time and effort to make the most of this opportunity. The instructors were very knowledgeable and the staff was always willing to help. I know that know that anything worth while is going to take work. If you have a good attitude and are willing to learn you can do anything. CCA helps you reach those goals.

I graduated from CCA in August 2009 as a DMS tech.I have got a job after finishing my extern.I passed my physics board exam immedeately after finishing my extern. It was a hard exam but the foundation of my knowledge comes from the instructors. No matter what school you got to you have to put effort into it.YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK:STUDY.This is to change your future and is in your hands.CCA can help you obtain the knowledge that you need to improve your life.I am thankfull for that.

I am Computerized Office Assistant graduate. I was offered a job before my grad date. I have been working in my field ever since I graduated from this school applying all the skills that I learned. This school has made me very marketable in today's job market.

The tuition is absurd - $37,005 - for the LVN.The school is on provisional accreditation (probation). They have low passing scores.Adriana G.,Admissions Rep.,is all open arms. When they have low NCLEX - PN scores, perhaps, they don't give sense into the students to prepare for the LVNs for tomorrow. For financial aid,you will be paying alot if you don't meet the requirements.I made $36K.You have to make less than $20K for aid.You can go to Preferred Nursing College ($18,500),or Angeles College of Nursing ($22K),but if you have your CNA it's $18K.Both are in L.A.

What can you do when you already sign the contact. I'll tell you what, check out the instructor before you sign or sit in class. I attended this school (CCA) and it was a wast of time. I couldn't understand the teachers ENGLISH. First of all he was very old and he's English was very bad. I felt like my life was passing me bye. Why do these schools hire these burnd out instructors. You spend TIME and Money and the school doesnt really care if you do. Instructors have expriance but there teaching skills are very, very poor. Don't wast your Time and money!! Warning cars have been stolen and there's a lot of X gang members.

You know, it's not so bad. It could be worse but it's not. It could be better, but it's not. It is what it is and in that it's a Zen like thing which is better to not question what it is, to define it would be to lose the essence of it. ROCK ON.

This school only wants your Money .. after you are done with your extership they send you to an open entry position.. not doing what you are supposed to do... " I REQUESTED for them to pull me out of the extern.. because i was not learning anything just filing. . ,,, " I WAS TOLD TO HANG IN THERE.. " THEY DON'T CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU.. ...
. And still you need to wait for them to find you a place and they only set you up for an interview.. and good luck for you .. if they get you ...
YOU ARE NOT BEING TEACH WHAT a MB needs TO LEARN . THIS SCHOOL IS NOT GOOD. SINCE THEN HALF OF MY CLASSMATE THAT FINISHED SCHOOL HAS NOT BEEN DOING ANY MEDICAL BILLING DUTIES ONLY ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.. SUCH AS FRONT/BACK OFFICE , CLERICAL.. .... DON'T ATTEND THIS SCHOOL.
