Mamma's has the best pizza in LA. I visited Mamma's based on a tip from a friend and I loved it. The style is gourmet thin crust and the flavor and quality exceeded my expectations. Why? Well this is a no frills place, but the food quality is top notch. The crust was perfect - the kind were you cannot wait to get to the end crust because it is so good. The sauce is subtle with a great lingering flavor. The cheese has that imported choice flavor. The price is very reasonable especially when considering the quality of the pizza. I am told Mama's pastas are great too, but I will try them on the next visit. A couple of slices fill me up. Mamma's home of the best pizza I have every had is located next to Bristol Farms in a stand alone building.
