Colon cleansing is the only alternative medicine I stay with. No treatment works to help heal as much as colonics do. I like this place because it was beachy , clean and comfortable.

I went for my first colonic two weeks ago. I was nervous, but Gabrielle was wonderful! When I first entered the space, I was struck by the earthy, spicy fragrance of the incense. I was given a cup of green tea to relax me. Gabrielle took the time to explain the procedure, and she patiently answered my questions (I'm naturally inquisitive, so I had a lot of questions). I've struggled with severe constipation for months. I had been so constipated, that I could barely move. My belly was distended. I was so miserable that I couldn't sleep even though I was drinking prune juice by the gallon in addition to taking laxatives and suppositories. The first visit made me a believer. I felt lighter and my belly flattened a little. I had my second treatment a week later. The second treatment was a bit more difficult. This time we encountered matter that was a bit more caked up and stubborn, but I understand that when one is in the bad shape that I'm in, it will take several visits before my colon is healthy and pink.

I have been to intestinal fitness twice. The first time it was a great experience, but i did have a lot of gas afterwards which was uncomfortable. Then my second time was spectacular. I didn't experience the same gas. I felt like a new person afterwards.

Pills, capsules, senna, cascara, tea, smooth move, diet tea, Dr. Natura colonix, Blessed Herbs, colonoscopy, barium enema, barium swallow, emergency room visit, pain agony, constipation, the liquid squirts, doc in a box visits at midnight, liver cleanse, diet cleanse, colon cleanse from whole foods, protologist, laxatives, epsom salt, magnesium, .....
miserable still...
I had unrealistic expectations for a colonic, I thought it would be so stinky in there, my Dad died of colon cancer I was so scared about colon hydrotherapy....I did know anything
I was such a schmuck for not investigating it on my own.
It has been the only therapy that gave me my beautiful complexion back. I emptied my colon for 45 minutes and it was life transforming.
I would say out of all the thousands of dollars I spent on all the garbage to help me poop, Dr. Natura's was the worst and colon hydrotherapy healed me completely.

I was suffering with intense constipation and had tried conventional ways to get rid of it. Increased fiber wasn't working. Laxatives only gave me diarrhea. I had some serious blockage, and having heard about colon hydrotherapy from a friend, I knew it was the prescription that I needed. Before the first visit, I had barely slept for two nights and had gone to the emergency room and the proctologist. I had also come down with a cold at the same time I got constipated. None of them were able to relieve my symptoms. The first visit relieved me of my diarrhea and allowed me to sleep. My cold got worse, and I was fatigued, but I attributed it to my body finally being well enough to fight it off. My second visit reduced my cold to something akin to allergies, and eliminated my fatigue. My third visit eliminated my cold completely, and now I'm starting to feel like I have my life back.
I had many chronic gastrointestinal health problems before coming to Intestinal Fitness, and while I still have them, I'm encouraged because my treatment is still ongoing and I can tell that after each visit my health problems get better. It's like I get one year younger after each visit.
I've lost five pounds so far as well.
I highly recommend Colon Hydrotherapy as your first step in retaking your health.

I have had 3 colonics so far. Gabrielle is fantastic and really knows her craft. I have noticed a major increase in energy and my complexion has improved as well. I highly recommend Colonics as a way to detox and feel better-

My name is Streak and I am 38 years old. I was afraid to colon cleanse so my daughter, 19 years old went first. She felt so light after her colonic, I made my appointment immediately. I felt so relieved from gas, bloat and caked up feeling I sent my Mother in 78 years old. She sent my Dad and now my grandchildren all made appointments! We all were afraid to do it but after we did, it was just plain silly to be afraid. Colon cleansing is very much improved from the hospital enema. I know because I had to go to the ER for relief. It amazes me that they don't have these simple machines in hospitals! Gabrielle said they used to be in hospitals but it is below the staff there now.

Glue is made from flesh, gristle, and bone. (ground beef)Buttermilk and cream are a sticky base for paints. Saute some food and first coat the pan with a oil base that leaves a nice film around the pan, and your colon. Mix flour with water and make plaster of Paris; pizza dough. I found out that 90% of my diet contained sticky foods that glued my BM's with sticky mucous. Eye opening visit!

As a district manager for a large drug store company I have seen my share of retail product trends. However, I have never seen such a influx of new "colon cleansing products" hit our shelves from corporate. I have been using colonics and colon hydrotherapy for three decades now. I moved here from LA and found this place. Don't fall for the retail cleanses they certainly are as much of a scam as the weight loss products. Stick with a good therapist and this place has one. Down to earth, approachable, pleasant and a colonic you can count on.

I just come to visit USA from Spain to study here to do research for the few months and I still need to maintain my health by Colon Cleansing with Colon hydrotherapy irrigation system. I go to use this procedure each week at my home country. I look to referrals and found this new clinic at Durham close to where I study. The regret I have is that the women who performs this at my country is not too good like this woman in here. She is the most thorough colon cleanse to my life. I write this to thank her so much. It got so bad I had to go to the E.R. and was administered a enema. This colonics therapy is just fascinating that it reaches 6 feet long of colon! Anyone that says it's not good for you probably needs one! Try it because the same doctor that told me it was no good for me told me to go get enemas....at the E.R. I just don't think they really want us well. Too bad...

I just absolutely never had a "POOCHY" stomach! Lately the gas had my belly pooched out that I was so mad. Just one session here and I have lost so much blackish brown sludge that my little tummy went right back flat again! I cheer-lead and poochy is unacceptable to me. Thank you to the ladies at the colon place!

I felt wonderful after my session. There was no pain during the session or afterwards. The herbs have helped me become regular. I would recommend this to anyone. I will be returning for my second colonic this week. This is truly a great remedy.

Colonics are excellent. Colon hydrotherapy relieves you the instant your on the table. Don't believe anything that's negative on the web. No matter who is writing the web page, they have everything to loose by you keeping a nice pink colon. Especially big pharma. They hire old quacks to write web pages putting it down. I know because I was approached. I'm old but not a quack.

I enjoyed my first colonic hydrotherapy session in Raleigh Intestinal Fitness clinic. Me and my friend were so scared the whole day before because we thought they would just cram the thing up there
but the opposite was true. She is so slick when she talks to you it's is over in two seconds.

Just can not believe I saved this treatment for the last. I have been seeing whole undigested vitamin C tabs and my expensive alegra's go into the toilet bowl in the morning. had so much gas bloat it hurt because of the distention! Been to barium swallow testings barium enema tests under sedation and the snake up my intestines invasive invasive invasive. I saw an ad for this place in Talk Of Towne newsletter for colonics in Raleigh NC and I didn't know what it was. It sounded invasive again. My intuition told me to call. There has never in my life ever been so much relief for me in just one short hour. I will need a couple more session but the relief is just unreal. Everyone should experience this refreshing feeling after your done. The therapy did not hurt at all.

this lady has her act together so much she tells you what herbs to take according to what time of day you want your bathroom experience. I picked in the AM before work and it happened. huge amounts and I go daily. my boyfriend made my appointment because he made one for him. I love him for that. Turn someone you know on to colonics, they will be grateful for life. It helped that this woman has a great sense of humor and awesome impeccable bedside manners.

All I can say is that this experience was wonderful. Never would I have imagined that a colonic would have made me feel this great. The staff was friendly, the results are outstanding. I would recommend to everyone have a colonic done, learn the difference between your stomach and intestine's, and check out intestinal fitness.

After careful research and much thought, each client of mine is referred to Intestinal Fitness of Raleigh for their cleansing program regime. As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, it is my belief that every symptom a client presents us with, can be addressed successfully by starting a colon cleansing regime (a individual guided experience not a one time kit). Previously, as a Physician Assistant (PA), that piece of helping a client to heal was non existent. It is my belief, that my clients will never be allowed to heal themselves, if I don't help them clean up their organs. Gabrielle Diamante and her staff provide the most important piece of my practice. I am sorry we are not under the same roof. Maybe one day I hope. It is my advice that you avoid nay sayers of colonics and internal cleansing programs, they will soon have mud on their face, and this time it will stick. God bless the staff at Intestinal Fitness.

I took my mom for her first colonic last August. She had a great time. I know that must sound weird, but the office staff was very friendly, caring and explained everything to her. They were very knowledgable (sp) and gave useful tips on health and nutrition. The next time I go to visit, I am taking her back. She had lots of gastrointestinal problems after deploying to Iraq and when she left her appointment she said she felt immediate relief.
I highly recommend Intestinal Fitness to anyone that is interested in improving their health overall.

I get massages because I have to. I get colonics because I have to. I hate someone to touch me all over my body. I went to a lady in the city of Cary NC for a colonic and she just threw back my cloths and started to massage my bare belly. I couldn't wait to leave. The therapist at Intestinal Fitness does not do that. She is much more high tech. She has something that makes you get results that she never lays a finger on your bare body. Just the opposite you are wrapped in huge beach towels and then a soft fleecy blanket. Excellent experience.

Keep in mind that the colon cleansing industry is a profitable retail business. It's full of con-men and rip off artists. Most of the people, including health facilities, have very little experience and knowledge of the products and how they work. The old "QUICK BUCK" and nothing more.
This place, however, is using hard work, just plain water their expertise and energy connections to get the colon to release it's load. I give this place an A+. Definitely worth every minute .

colon hydrotherapy alerted me to the fact that I was not absorbing my Paxil and wellbutrin. After colon cleansing sessions I saw the pills float by undigested almost whole, just the letters were gone. I kept on feeling bad and my Doctor just kept on increasing the strength of the medications, costing more money in co-pays. Get a colon cleansing with this place you may be surprised at what you see. Smart articulate women work there.

A jewel in the rough.COLON HYDROTHERAPY has allowed me to enjoy my life again. These people are polite, refreshing, good listeners, professional, helpful, fun, well educated and treated me like they knew me for years.
If I so much as put one potato chip in my mouth I had to tell my co-workers "I GOTTA GO" so I was nick named the "GOTTA-GO-GIRL" at work. Not something I was proud of, as a matter of fact extremely embarrassed. My Doctor kept on telling me it was microscopic colitis. For 11 years he had me on every new drug on the market. My Doctor said that colon hydrotherapy would not help me and he was against the treatment. My friend got colonics and told me to try it.
Outside of marrying my husband, this was the best thing I have ever done for myself. After one treatment the therapy session revealed I had a large blockage in my large intestine, so all the years of irritation was my bodies attempt to go around it.
Now the only thing I am embarrassed is having such a pre-historic medical doctor. If he "did not know" how colonics can help his clients, shame on him; if he "did know" how colonics can help his clients shame on him.
You GO-GIRLS at Intestinal Fitness and I recommend you get a colonic for the experience even if you don't have a problem. I saw athletes all lined up in there waiting for their sessions.

Book after book is stating to clean your colon these days. Quite frankly it is not something I wanted to think about. I have three BM's per day why should I go get a colon cleaning? I had a colon cleaning and I had things come out that were unrecognizable both to me and the staff member.
I do not care what came out anymore so long is it's not up my tail. I am a believer!

Had gas, bloat and constipation for most of my 56 years. My wife scheduled me a session for my colon treatment. Me and the woman saw what looked to be short pieces of curled up fishing line go through still alive swimming.
Even if you don't have worms like I did it's worth it to clean that colon out. I thought my enema bag was enough. This machine of hers gets five feet of colon clean. I figured why drive a beat up old VW if I could drive a Mercedes? Know what I mean? Worth it.

After years of being misdiagnosed and just not feeling well I found Intestinal Fitness, LLC. I had been diagnosed as having Gerd, possibly Irritable bowel syndrome and acid reflux. I tried over the counter and prescription medicine none fixed my problem only masked the symptoms for awhile. After the first session at Intestinal Fitness I felt great. My energy level has increased and I feel 10 years younger. The procedure is simple and less invasive than a pap smear. I recommend it to anyone.

Over the years I have read about the healthy benefits of colonic hydrotherapy, so I was excited to see this therapy available in Raleigh. After my very first visit, I was impressed with the results, and I knew that I would continue the sessions. I have suffered from constipation and bloating for many years, and the treatments offered naturally (and gently) solved this problem.
However, there were other fantastic benefits! Of course, it was satisfying to know that I was cleaning my intestinal system of back-up material. But I also enjoyed the benefits of hydrating my body, as I tend to drink too little water. The natural vitamins, minerals, herbs, and juices also available to compliment the therapy, do make a difference, and for some reason are easier for me to take on a regular basis, than the supplements I was previously taking.
Another great benefit...the cost is reasonable, and I like the fact that there is no pressure to buy additional services or products. I am so pleased with the very real results, and the healthy benefits of this professional clinic.

I went to Intestinal Fitness today and was very pleased with my first colonics treatment with the therapist.
She recommended that I have a serious of treatments because I was truly backed up with fecal matter. I did not hesitate and will be going back next Thursday.
The process was not lengthy and you feel brand new afterwards. I think her name is Gabrielle, she knows what she is doing, and I will make it a point to see her at least every 6months for routine maintenance.

Intestinal Fitness is one of the best recommendations from a friend that I have gotten in the last 4 months. Gabrielle is a warm and friendly colonic hydrotherapist who makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through her front door. She makes the recommendations that she thinks are best going to assist you and tells you what the goal is for your intestinal health. I have more energy and do not feel like I am bloated all of the time because of the colonic therapy in conjunction with intestinal health products
Office is relaxing
Listening to the soothing music enables me to focus on my breathing and get the most benefit of my colonic therapy.

Thank you for solving the decade long mystery of my source of pain. I am young, 32, and I had pain in my right side for a decade. I went in for a colonoscopy and the Doctor was so mad because he said I did not follow the instructions for the go-lightly laxative gallon jug. I told him I followed it to the tee sat on the toilet with the runs for the whole time. He said there was still fecal matter on my right side, but told me I was fine. I still had pain but was cleared by two Drs. The colon therapist lady, after one colon irrigation broke free a large amount of fecal matter and my pain went right out with it. I was impacted, the Doctor was mad that he couldnt see through the stuff in there and that was the problem all along! It is incredible what has happened to me. Thank you to the ladies at Intestinal fitness. Keeping it simple was what I should have done from the start. I am so depressed that I wasted a decade with the pain. i sure didnt want to ride up the road from my house over 1 and a half an hours away in fayetteville to get a colon treatment. I was very glad i did now. I am on sveral medications that make me not go to the bathroom for several days. I was so afraid to get a colon clean but Gabbi help me so much to calm down and she is so sweet. she cared fior me. i have sveral bowel movements daily cause of her education to me. I saved money she gave me 15% discount to come from Fayetteville. you do not have to be constipated or take a laxativ. she will help you.GO!

I usually go to have a movement once time per week. I from the Dominican Republic and never have these problem home. Only I get to United States I have a big problem I scared of my English is bad so I dont speak to much English. Myfriend call to the Intestinal colonics therapy and Raleigh and I live down wake forest rd. so he heard to his friends colon therpay is like an enema and much much better. I now go to have a movement every day again and i am so happy. the woman speak spanish and i understand her. she gave me education to help me everyday. i cant believe i am so feeling perfect again. she take money out of the bill because i don't have so much and i so grateful to her i bless her everyday. she is a angel she help me so much.
