Though this will be brief, here is the simple explanation.

In 2003 Mallard Corporate sold to one Hampshire Properties Inc. the rights to do business as Mallard Systems within a territory of a 13 county area bordering Interstate 4 "Central Florida".

There was a contract with a license and trademark agreement.

Hampshire Properties Inc. violated the license and trademark agreement and chose not to remedy. Because of violations of the "L&TA" Mallard Systems Corporate removed the license with Hampshire Properties Inc.

Please be aware that Hampshire Properties Inc. and any other entities they may use (All Florida Roof & Exterior Cleaning, ABC Cleaning, Spencer Roofing, David or Tracy Baiegent) are not authorized Mallard Systems dealers. They do not have the authorization to perform warranty cleanings or use the name, marks or technology of the Mallard System in any way.

If a property owner allows another company to perform warranty cleanings on their roof, other than an authorized Mallard Systems dealer, the Mallard Systems 5 Year Spot-Free Warranty will be VOID.
