Richard is very courteous and responsive. He build my custom kitchen desk to meet my needs, listening carefully to what I wanted. He made a modification that was not in the statement of work and did not charge me extra. He made some correction to finish color to better match the adjacent cabinets after installation and added a shelf that I requested, but hadn't specified and did so without any incremental costs.
He has Mellorised in my house meaning that I have his work all over my home. He is an artisan and does great work. He is a master craftsman. The prices are fair and great work.
