Great Work, Our Car broke down on the strip, Mandalay Bay called Accurate Mobile Mechanics. Spencer came over in under an hour found a bad connection to our computer charged us under 100 dollars and had us back on our way in no time. Fantastic service, very knowlegeable mechanic, We thought we would be paying several hundred dollars or more and we were very pleasantly surprised at the low price and top quality of this service. Terrible Experience

My car wouldn't start one day and Don was sent to check it out. He said it just needed to be jumped, charged me $90, and left.

The next day it wouldn't start again. The shop sent him back out for free (which I thought was good business) and this time he said the battery needed to be replaced. He wanted $200 to replace it, so I took it to Walmart to install a new battery for $75.

Later that day the car wouldn't start AGAIN. This time I called and requested a different mechanic. They said they wouldn't send out another mechanic without charging me. I was angry but said that Don is better than having to pay another $90 for a different diagnosis. They said they would send a mechanic out the next morning.

I called them at 9 AM and they said Don would be here by 10:30. At 11 AM I called Don directly and he said the office did not tell him to come out. I called the office again and they said he would be out here. They gave me the run around and he still has not shown up.

I feel that this company employs mechanics who don't know what they're doing and then charges unsuspecting customers for a horrible job. I spent $90 for absolutely nothing.

Best service in Las Vegas

We stayed at the Mirage in Las Vegas, The next day we wanted to see some sights, The van wouldn't start. Valet at the hotel recommended Accurate mobile mechanics. Mike came out within an hour( and this was at 6:00 am) he ran some tests and found a bad electrical circuit to the security system. He replaced some connections and got us running right away. We felt that the professionalism of this company was much better than expected, the price was very reasonable. We will be recommending Accurate mobile mechanics to friends and others alike.

Pros: Fast service, reasonable prices, very knowledgable.

Cons: That the mechanic doesn't live closer to my house in So. Cal
