Best company to deal with! I am writing this because I feel strongly about the work and professionalism that I received from Accurate Mobile Mechanics.. I do not normally take the time to express my recommendations, I feel and have always felt that only exceptional service should be acknowledged and that is why I am writing this now. We (my daughter and I)had broke down in Las Vegas, Mike showed up under an hour like the dispatcher had told me, I was convinced my fuel pump went out on my Expedition, and was expecting to shell out 600 or more dollars. After introducing himself and asking me a few questions Mike checked some electrical connections under my truck. He found a bad connection and soldered some wires and put on some connectors. The truck fired up and now my fuel gauge works accurately, a bonus. He also noticed a blinker relay starting to go out and fixed that issue for me too. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity the company stands for. The total bill came out to 160.00, I tipped Mike another 25.00 for the outstanding work and being honest with us. I believe most shops would have changed out the fuel pump and the wiring for 600-900 dollars. P.S. thanks again to all, Stephen and Kiera, Westchester,Ca

I would not suggest this company. I scheduled an afternoon appointment for 3pm thru their office. At 3:15 I called their office to ask where was their tech?? They told me that he would be there in 15 minutes. At 3:45, there is no tech and no phone call from their office. I called them again and cancelled the appointment. In my opinion, they have poor customer service skills. Also I was told they wanted payment in cash, if a credit card is used they will charge an extra 7% service fee. HAD CALLED THESE GUYS BEFORE FOR A BATTERY. AS USUAL, THEY WERE QUICK TO ARRIVE. THEY CHECKED MY CAR FOR A WATER LEAK. FOUND OUT IT WAS THE WATER PUMP. WENT TO A LOCAL PARTS STORE FOR THE PARTS AND HAD ME RUNNING IN NO TIME. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR CAR.

I AM A LOCAL RESIDENT. THE CAR I OWN IS ABOUT 15 YEARS OLD. I USE THE CAR ONCE IN A WHILE. THAT ONE TIME I REALLY NEEDED IT THE THING WOULDN'T START. I WENT TO THE COMPUTER AND FOUND ACCURATE MOBILE MECHANICS. THEY SENT A GUY OUT NAMED SPENCER TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG. HE FOUND THE CABLES TO BE VERY CORRODED. HE CLEANED THEM OFF WITH SOME CLEANER HE HAD AND GAVE ME A JUMP START. I MADE IT A LITTLE LATE FOR MY APPT, BUT HE WAS HERE IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. SPENCER GOT THE JOB DONE AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. IF YOU NEED A LOCAL COMPANY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CAR AT YOUR HOME, ACCURATE MOBILE MECHANICS IS THE ONE! !

We had our car break down at 11 pm while visiting Las Vegas, leaving us stranded in a parking lot. We called Accurate Mobile Mechanics 24/7 and their mechanic, Spencer, came out. He told us he needed $200 cash to go and buy us a new battery. We were concerned about paying cash before he had done any work, so we called his office to try to arrange a credit card payment. They informed us that cash up front was they only way they did business. Reluctantly, we gave him the money and watched him drive away. At about 1 am, still stranded in the parking lot, we called to see what was keeping him. He told us he was at the auto parts store but that they "refused to complete the transaction." We called the auto parts store and they told us that Accurate had a commercial account but that Spencer was refusing to pay the contracted price. (Incidentally, it was less than $100--half of our $200 that Spencer had in his pocket.) Frustrated, we called the Accurate office to try to get help. There was no answer. Over the next 45 minutes, we placed 6-8 phone calls but only got their answering machine assuring us that they were open and would return our calls. We left two messages but never heard back from them. At 3 am we called a taxi to take us someplace we could get some rest and left our disabled car abandoned in the parking lot.

In the morning we could still get no answer from Accurate Mobile Mechanics 24/7 phone and left another message. We went and bought a battery and installed it ourselves so that we could return home.

Still no answer from Accurate and no sign of our $200. Needless to say we learned an ugly lesson

Incredible service! Very good experience. My daughter Delina was getting married last week. We had some last minute shopping to do before heading to the church. The Suburban wouldn't start so I called my sister she referred me to Accurate whom she's used for quite some time. The mechanic Eric showed up 23 minutes later and had me running in under 6 minutes. This company is the best very sharp mechanic and a great company for us to do business with...The wedding turned out great. And Thanks again Accurate I will be using you for all my auto repairs in the future

My friend Gladys told me about Accurate about 5 or 6 years ago, She had a very good experience with them. So I thought I'd give them a try( I was a little apprehensive at first being a woman that's been through the ringer a few times) But Mark came out and made me feel at ease, he explained a few things to me in words that I could understand. he fixed my car and got it running and the price and service was the best I have seen. I've used Accurate 7 or 8 times so far and they always treat me fairly, they know their cars, and give me whatever options are available for fixing my car. They've fixed my brakes and saved me 400 over the brake shops charge. They inspected a car before I bought one and pointed out a few issues this saved me from making a very costly mistake, the next car They inspected for me was very nice and has been running nice for the 4 1/2 years I've had it. All in all I'd like to say that Accurate is like my personal mechanic. They treat me like family. And even bring a bone for Cuddles. Accurate You guys are #1 Thanks again, see you next time. Klara 50 year Las Vegas resident. Married 42 years (Happily)

My car won't start at my home. I call them up and we agree on the phone that it's more likely to be the starter than anything else, A very unprofessional-looking guy comes to my house (but I decide to give him a chance) with not a new starter, but a new battery. He checks my battery and decides that's not the problem. \r
\r
He then decides to take half of the car apart to ""turn the motor by hand"" to make sure it's not that. That took hours, and by the time he decided the starter needed replacing the auto parts store was closed. He lets the car down from the jack so hard with the wheels turned that I swear the car has an alignment problem now.\r
\r
Day two, he comes with a starter and proceeds to replace the old one, cursing and swearing in nearly every sentence (luckily he showed some manners when my 10-yr-old came out). He does finish that, but broke off a connector and spilled fluid on my driveway in the process. We now have to replace the connector. - And I spend a second day wiping the greasy hand prints off of both our cars' paint jobs.\r
\r
Day three, he comes with the connector, replaces the fluid, all no charge. But the money he charged me to fix the starter was much more than the average for this repair according to the internet. - And I wiped down our paint jobs again.\r
\r
So three days without my car, but it's fixed, right? Nope... \r
\r
Three days later the engine light comes on, and we noticed we used a quarter tank of gas on 15 miles. We take it to a shop and they point to a hose that was not connected - and the connector is missing also. After a few starts later that day, the engine light goes out.\r
\r
The next day the car won't start in my driveway, and we're back where we began. I tow it to a shop (which I guess I should have done in the first place) and they found that a battery cable was faulty and fixed it for fifty bucks. \r
\r
I was charged nearly ten times that amount by Accurate Mobile Mechanics, and I had problems for nearly a week. AND by the way, they refused to refund any part of what they charged me when I complained. So much for trying a new way to fix my car!

I'm Cheryl I was going out to Vegas to dance with my friends Kary and Jen. We started to overheat in the truck. I called 2 companies that advertised 24 hours but they didn't answer their phone ...?? Accurate answered their phone and it was almost 10 at night on thursday. We were by the Henderson turnout off the I 15. I talked to a pleasant dispatcher who assurred us that they could get us up and running again. A little while later the mechanics showed up and checked out my Toyota 4 runner. Spencer noted a cracked hose and replaced the hose for us he put in the green stuff and did some other checks. He also got the A.C blowing cold again..What a relief. He charged me only $160. and We tipped him 60 dollars. We just wanted to tell you what a great job this company did for us. If only more mechanics could be honest and not try to take advantage of a lady.

I normally don't write reviews on companies, but these guys went above the call of duty to get us up and running. Last week my fiancee and I went to Las Vegas to get married, We drove all the way out from Madison, Wisconsin. Our car a 2007 Gmc Yukon broke down on us about 15 miles north of Las Vegas. I called 3 other companies before finding Accurate . One had an attitude, one hardly spoke English, and one thought a Yukon was a Hyundai. I talked to Mark on the phone and he asked me some questions. He really seemed knowledgable about my SUV. One of their Technicians Spencer showed up in about an hour. He ran some diagnostic tests and explained that our fuel pump had gone out. Caused by our fuel filter being badly plugged up. He gave us a price for the repair which meant pulling our gas tank. It was our wedding day so we weren't expecting a car repair bill. The price was reasonable considering the dealer wanted 600 more for the same repair. 3 hours later we were back on the road and got to the wedding chapel with 20 minutes to spare. Thank you again for the fast service and fair price. We would've paid just about anything to get our vehicle fixed. And they fixed it on the freeway off ramp. P.S. Spencer also brought us some cold drinks. A wonderful business to deal with. TTFN Cass

> He arrived in a van with the lights held together with various pieces of wire.
> His van door handle had to be opened from the outside.
> Then he parked his van blocking a drive shared by 4 homes. Then he screamed at my neighbor when we asked him to move.
> He couldn't tell where the fuel relay was.
> He was too fat to bend over to look for the fuel filter.
> I told him this model had the filter in the tank. He replied not to tell me how to do his job. After much huffing and puffing and rolling on the ground, he said, ""yeah, there is no filter outside the tank.
> He couldn't operate his OBC to get the VIN in.
> He knew it was a Dodge but stood in front of it and asked me what kind of Dodge. I had to explain to him that standing in front of it he should be able to tell it's a mini-van, and he should know that Caravan is the only mini-van they make.

At that point it was clear he was not going to be any help unless I needed someones sweat-oozing 450lbs butt crack to soak into my seats. I had to ask him to leave and take the smell with him.

What a huge disaster. I know unemployment is high right now, but posing as a mechanic is not an answer to unemployment.

Pros: That ""mechanic"" finally left

Cons: Too many to list

5 STARS++++
Great service and treated us right! My sister and I drove out to Las Vegas on vacation in our Toyota Camry. The car started to overheat in Jean. I called my Mom and she gave us the number for Accurate (who services her car and the trucks at her company.) Don arrived in no time and changed out the thermostat and replaced a vacuum wire on the car. He let my car get back up to operating temperature and made sure my fan came on when it was supposed to. My car runs great with no overheating. The price was very reasonable, and the service exceptional. 5 stars all the way. Thanks again Don

Great Work, Our Car broke down on the strip, Mandalay Bay called Accurate Mobile Mechanics. Spencer came over in under an hour found a bad connection to our computer charged us under 100 dollars and had us back on our way in no time. Fantastic service, very knowlegeable mechanic, We thought we would be paying several hundred dollars or more and we were very pleasantly surprised at the low price and top quality of this service. Thanks again Accurate Mobile Mechanics. Thomas Blevins, Chula Vista, Ca.

We stayed at the Mirage in Las Vegas, The next day we wanted to see some sights, The van wouldn't start. Valet at the hotel recommended Accurate mobile mechanics. Mike came out within an hour( and this was at 6:00 am) he ran some tests and found a bad electrical circuit to the security system. He replaced some connections and got us running right away. We felt that the professionalism of this company was much better than expected, the price was very reasonable. We will be recommending Accurate mobile mechanics to friends and others alike.
