Great service staff, long time techs with good knowledge. Took my car in for recall and while it was there an oil change. They offered a free vehicle inspection, and noticed the front brakes were almost gone. They even showed me the brakes while it was still in the air, it saved me having to replace the brake discs too! Thanks guys, good work!

I purchased a Honda Civic, just what I wanted at an ok price, but I also purchased a spendy service contract the "business manager" told me would cover "everything but tires and brakes--it will even cover a burned-out light bulb" for the first 40 or 50,000 miles.
Now that I have reached just 15,000 miles and need more than an oil change, the service dept tells me I have to pay for air filters (at $108.50) and any fluids that are low, including a flush and new brake fluid at $101.95... ... ...SO even with my "service contract" I'm looking at $250-300. or more, for routine service. Apparently all my service contract covers is basic oil changes (could have done that at Jiffy Lube for A LOT LESS).

I bought the additional contract to avoid surprises, extra charges and being ripped off by service departments. Evidently I didn't have to get that far to be taken advantage of--it started with the sales staff. (And NO I didn't misunderstand, I had a 2nd person with me who heard the same promises). Misrepresentation / dishonesty is immoral. I really thought I'd found a car dealership I liked and could trust, evidently not.

Although we did not purchase it here, we have taken our '05 Odyssey to Honda of Hillsboro several times now and have received excellent customer service each time. We have never felt pressured into performing any maintenance that we didn't request, which, to me, speaks volumes for the dealership.

I took my 2001 Honda Odyssey in for the 105K/120k services and a new transmission (thankfully, I bought the extended warranty so the tranny was covered). Alan and team did a good job of communicating with me and the warranty people to get things rolling. They seemed knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I usually try to avoid dealerships because they are typically more expensive but I would recommend Larry Miller Honda and will probably take my other Honda in if it needs major work.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and we got a fair price for both the new car and the trade-in. They were accommodating for our two small children that we had to bring with us. The process took longer than we expected, but not horribly, and we felt like they were at least TRYING to get us out of there as soon as possible.

They were either unable or unwilling to track down accurate information I needed for a federal tax credit; the finance department never returned my phone calls; and when I signed the service contract, they told me that one of the dealership's service centers, the one near me, would remain open -- maddeningly, it closed several months later.
