I'm betting that these other reviews were probably written by some one at the dealership.I have had my KIA Optima there for a month for a WHEEL BEARING. It was only suppose to take a week and that was after it took almost a week to diagnose the problem.When you get to the service center (separate from the dealership, that should tell you something) there is no signage to tell you who to see and what the process is. The folks are mostly uninterested and unhelpful. And, they require you to sign a form that says it is ok to charge you $90.00 per hour to diagnose the problem (charged only if not covered by the warranty or if the problem is not exactly what you think it is.)The horrors don't just end with the service. A month before I brought the car in for service I bought at that dealership a brand new fully loaded minivan. When I walked in the KIA dealership with my 7 year old daughter the salesman picked up the phone and began arguing with someone on the other line. After a few minutes of being mostly ignored, and seeing that my daughter was getting fearful of the angry argument, we left. I then went down the street to the Hundai dealership. They said they would be happy to take me back to the KIA dealer, that they own both, but I said I wouldn't go back there, so they brought the van to the Hundai dealer and sold it to me there.It's really is to bad because KIA makes a hell of a car with a great warranty, unfortunately they don't seem to have the dealerships to back them up.

Buying my Sonata from Hyundai of Westchester in Yonkers was a pleasant experience. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is excellent. The sales staff is very helpful and they have the service staff support to match there sales expertise.

I have been a happy customer of the Hyundai of Westchester for five years now. I brought my first Hyundai from them in 2002 and have been in touch with them since. I like their professionalism, attitude and the commitment to serve their customers. Their personnel, finance, sales, service, are all down-to-earth and always come to help the customers.

The Hyundai of Westchester dealership adds credit to the Hyundai brand. Everyone at the Hyundai of Westchester dealership is friendly, helpful, and courteous. I bought my new Accent from them. Their sales persons are professional experts in their field. They have promised me to follow up on my purchase as per their after sales service also.
