Wonderful!!! We don't normally write reviews but Champion's honesty and customer service were so outstanding that we wanted to share our experience.

We've been looking for a Prius IV for a while. Unfortunately, because of the earthquake they are far and few between. We went to several dealers before Champion but they were more interested in price gouging than satisfying the customer. Then we went to Champion and were pleasantly surprised. We worked with Jeff Lish and Ilya Ganetsky. They were extremely helpful and more importantly - honest! We knew we would have to wait for the car, especially since we only wanted one color. They gave us a realistic estimate as to how long it would be and we were happy to leave a minimal deposit. When we picked up our beautiful new car, everyone was professional and friendly. We don't live near there but we are so happy we bought it at Champion. We highly recommend them.

I bought a used card today from Mike. I had been looking for a while, and had driving all the way to NY and Jersey City looking. Little did I know my perfect car, salesman and dealership were 2 around the corner. Mike made everything easy and pleasant, and, most of all, was able to get me the best price by far. There was no pressure and none of the silly techniques one sometimes has to suffer looking for a car. These guys are above all gimmicks, so if you want to avoid wasting insane amounts of time and money, start here first. I wish I had done it sooner.

We bought our Camry at Champion Toyota and were very pleased at the whole experience. When my wife needed a car we went back to them and she purchased a Rav 4. A very easy place to do business.

This underhanded dealership rescinded an offer made to me after we had already deposited $500 for a car, brought in the trade (CARS), agreed upon a price, and waited several hours in the showroom. They COMPLETELY wasted my opportunity to take advantage of the Cash for Clunkers program by 'leading me along' for a whole week with promises of getting me the car we wanted. This dealership deserves a government investigation.

My Review of Sloane Champion Toyota :
I've used this service center for my new car bought in 2004. What I can say is that in the beginning they charge you very low prices for services but if you keep coming regularly they will increase the prices and also try push unneeded services. They are only good for the first 1 or 2 years of service for your new car. Beyond that they get very expensive.

Also they charge you for things they don't do. Things like alignment and tire rotation. Make sure you mark your tires to verify. Alignment is something you will have to check on a flat road.

They push things not included in the manufactures's service guide.

The new facility has no view of the garages where you car gets repaired. You have no idea what they did or didn't do.

Yes they are friendly but they are expensive in the long run. They do the work good. Never had problems there. Just some work was never done and I was charged for it. Also waits can be quite long. Recently waited 3 hours in there.

Find yourself a good indepedent mechanic and watch your car being repaired if possible.

I brought my vehicle for body repair twice. The first time it took well over a week to replace the bumper cover since the part was not even ordered until my car was sitting in their shop for 2 days.
The second time, it took one week and four days to repair scratches on the side. When I picked the car up, the floor mats were in the trunk and the entire trunk was sopping wet.
I will never never again utilize this company for collision services.

My experience of this dealership was that they weren't very interested in accommodating me. If I had to sum up my impression of this dealership in one word it would be "sleazy."

Everything was great at first. Came for a specific car, test drove it, was very happy. They were polite, etc. Then I applied for financing. They told me after 15-20 minutes of waiting on the bank that we were good to go, told me the monthly payment and had me finalize the paperwork. I was happy with the rate, but they never discussed the term of the loan with me before having me sign for the purchase, which makes me think it could easily have shifted when it came down to the loan paperwork. They gave me the VIN number for the car and had me call my insurance to transfer it over. They sent the car off to detailing to get it ready for me.

Five minutes later, after I hung up the phone with my insurance company, my salesman came out and said "I've got bad news. The bank won't do it." I stopped my salesman and said "Wait. Five minutes ago I was purchasing this car. Now I'm not. How did this happen??" All my salesman said was "My manager told me to get you started, but the bank won't do it." He then tried to sell me a cheaper car without any further acknowledgment of what had happened.

I was very interested in the car I had come for, and not much else, so after the sales manager appeared with questions like "So what are your thoughts, pal?" and holding a conversation with me while seeming rather disinterested and staring out the window, he said they could work with me if I had a cosigner. I told them I was going to hold off and arrange something. They reminded me to call my insurance company when I left (but never even offered a "yeah, sorry about that.").

I left that day and arranged a cosigner and got back in touch about a week later but had also begun looking into other dealerships. I called twice for information before this, and was treated, in my opinion, like a second-rate customer. That is, of course, until I had a cosigner for sure. At this point, their sales manager became frendlier.

However, my cosigner lives far away and requested that we handle his end of the transaction via fax or FedEx. At this point their sales manager said it couldn't be done due to new laws, so I checked other dealerships and found no one else with this opinion (ie. everyone else was like "No problem. We'll just FedEx the forms.") When I called back to discuss it again I wasn't able to reach anyone I had dealt with previously and no one returned any of my phone calls/voicemails.

This was my first attempt at ever purchasing a new car and these were the first guys I went to. They definitely taught me what to look out for and I really ended up feeling like my initial naivety was taken advantage of and I would have walked out with a really bad deal if I had completed the transaction. I realized later that they first told me they'd give me a great deal on this car because it was a 2007, and then my salesman just came out with paperwork for me to sign with the sticker price as the base. Being new to this process, I wasn't looking for the moment at which to begin haggling the price. They definitely noticed this and seemed to take full advantage.

I also noticed that, while other dealerships are getting in the new 2008 models for the car I was purchasing, these guys were still selling their 2007s and I think they have been on the lot for a while. With an experience like this to base it off of, I'm not surprised. They seemed very interested in losing my business. I really would not recommend this dealership. In a world of dishonesty around car sales, I suspect these guys are king. It felt like the kind of place where you'd take your car for service and end up with a bill that was $600 more than you expected with vague reasons as to why and no choice but to pay it if you wanted your car back.

I personally went to Peruzzi Toyota in Hatfield. A little further away, but well worth it. I now have my new car and I'm loving it and the sales experience was sleek and easy.
