Serene Chocolates-All Natural

My co-worker asked me to stop by this hidden gem north of Harvard Square just underneath the Blue Dolphin Seafood Restaurant on Mass Ave and next to New Asia Chinese Buffet (a popular lunch spot).

Serene is popular with European students who prefer coffee, tea and hot cocoa in ceramic cups and mugs (the lavazza espresso cups and such:)); this spot is indeed serene and filled with an incredible array of chocolates from all over the world and delicious pastries. Serene serves coffee/espresso, tea, chocolates, ice cream, pastries and the best, freshest hot cocoa (from shaved chocolate!!) I've had in years!!

The husband and wife owners are quiet charming and very welcoming and nice music is always playing in the background...There's a futon to sit and read as well as tables for eating.The location doesn't see a lot of traffic because it's not on the street level unfortunately, so I vowed to spread the word....
