took there time with stains.Other companies will not even try or want to charge you if they do and they think we are stupid but we know that chemicals do not cost that much even for a small quarter size stain but my carpet cleaner got the stain out without asking me and I appreciate that.

best in removing stains that others could not remove and the drying time was fast the carpets were dry in four hours.
