Do not buy here! Go out of Fayetteville. Tried to buy a 2012 Camry with a good trade. Car listed at 28,000 with 1000 being Rick Hendrick package of tint and nitrogen in tires. They were only willing to go to 26,000 with the trade. Held my keys hostage for over an hour after I said no thanks and can I have my keys? Tried to sell me a different car said I asked for too much. Well I finally got my keys after I got hot with them. Went 35 miles down the road and got the exact same car for 22,000 and 800 more for my trade. Sales manager at Rick Hendricks was very rude and pushy. I did my research before I bought this car and visited several other dealers with same type and features of cars. Got quotes so I did know what to pay and had valued my trade with kelly.

Just bought a 2011 Camry Hybrid from Albert Morrero (my 2nd). I drive from South Carolina to buy from these guys. They've gotten accustomed to doing the deal my way. I tell 'em which one I want, ask for best price, (shop the price), ALbert has the paperwork and car ready when I get there.

I am a single mom...Purchased a 2008 Toyota Yaris S sedan. A year later a lady backed into my side panel..Imagine the horror I felt as the repair guy told me the whole front of the car had been in a collision..Imagine the added horror as the own dealerships body shop tells me the absorber bumper pad is TOTALLY missing. This is a huge safety issue..If I was in a front end collision this could mean the difference between life and death. Rich Hendrick Toyota sales manager Derrick says to me..We will fix it..Fix What you haven't even looked at all the damage. You never pulled the bumper molding off to see what else it damaged and there is NO record of the damage on Carfax...I said I want another car like it that hasn't been wrecked. The man has the gull to offer me 2800 less than what I paid for it a year earlier..Which means I'm upside down in the loan...The so called professionals sold me damaged goods and on top of that still want to rip me off...You certified the Vehicle You should absorb the loss....Classy Rick Hendrick Toyota and a great example of your company's ethics.

Since 2007, I've bought and paid for the Highlander Hybrid Limited Ed. and the 2009 Venza. The first maintainance package bought for the Highlander good for 30,000 mile was overall a pleasant experience so much so that I signed on for another one for the Toyota Venza. Until the recent Toyota troubles and recall, everything changed! Yes, everything! Yesterday, the guy in the service department asked if I had an appointment for my 5,000 mile maintainance (oil change and tire rotations) then told me to step aside for customers who where waiting - there wasn't a line ; previously, they have told me that they could not make appointment and that I'd have to bring the car in early. That also happened 3 times before even when I brought the car in from 9-10:00AM: once, I had to wait for two and a half hours on a Saturday which I tolerated; the other occasions I took the service elsewhere.

So, here's the scoop. Since Toyota does not honor their end of the contract (there is no use purchasing the maintainance schedule when they cannot complete it within 2 hours if they can even get to the service at all) and since they hold $400 averaging $67 per visit, you are better off exploring other options. The cancellation for the maintainance schedule will cost you an additional $50 and they will send the remaining unused portion in the mail 3 weeks later. Yesterday, I brought the Venza to the local Firestone after I left Toyota; both my Dad and I agreed that the guys at Firestone were very professional and worked waaaaay harder than what we saw at Toyota. So, here's my two cents: Never, ever purchase the maintainance package unless you want to overpay your oil changes and, depending on the alignment of the moon and the starts and atmospheric pressure, their staff get to treat you like dirt.

I am in the market for another car; two of my residents who have graduated are in the market for another car, my fiancee is also on the market for another car (probably another Lexus). And I love the reliability of a Toyota over even Honda. But from what I am seen so far, I want my money back for the unused maintainance service, and I want an apology. I will consider another Toyota or Lexus, but never will I consider Rick Hendrick Toyota.

I placed the order just yesterday and within 10 minutes a parts person called up and came forward to do the needful. Today at sharp 11 am I got the parts I wanted. So quick you people are!
