I had the pleasure of Buchanan Computer Service coming to my house to fix my laptop that a previous computer company in an attempt to help had caused to crash. I am a professional woman and due to the nature of my job, cannot be without my computer and very important information is stored on it. I hadn't had the chance to back up the data when the computer crashed. Not only did Buchanan computer services get my data back, they reinstalled the operating system and it was like having a whole new computer! They also went above and beyond expectations and showed me how to keep my computer operating smoothly and install needed software. I would highly recommend this company, they are honest, efficient, extremely reasonable in price and their service is excellent.

I posted an ad on craigslist for a low-cost computer tech to repair my children's computer. it was full of spyware and all kinds of other stuff that kept it from working right. I got a few responses from other techs in the area who just didn't seem to be what I was looking for. I took the chance with these guys and I wasn't disappointed in the least. They did what they said they would do and adjusted their rates for my situation. I asked how he could afford to adjust his rates so much and still stay in business and he said he would rather take a cut in pay than to loose a customer. I reccomend these guys to anyone.
