I got a few responses from other techs in the area who just didn't seem to be what I was looking for. I took the chance with these guys and I wasn't disappointed in the least. They did what they said they would do and adjusted their rates for my situation. I asked how he could afford to adjust his rates so much and still stay in business and he said he would rather take a cut in pay than to loose a customer.
