Lenders National Group

I was contacted by RW from Lenders National Group in July as I was looking for a home refinance loan. We began the loan in mid-July 2008. After starting my application with "RW" I was told that he was ill and David Dettner, senior loan officer, became my loan officer. He was quite pleasant to work with until... David Dettner ordered two appraisals by different appraisers (one I paid for but no explanation why 2). At the end of August, I was told everything was in place and I would be closing the next week. David Dettner "went on vacation for 3 days" and was to contact me upon return to confirm the closing date. Either he never "returned" or there was something fishy about the whole transaction. David Dettner nor any one at the company will return my telephone calls or emails. I have never received any kind of explanation regarding what happened, nor why the loan process was abruptly terminated without notice. If there was some sort of problem in the end, I deserved to be contacted! I am now in the process of reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE! BEWARE!BEWARE!

My husband and I were in a loan that was about to adjust from a 7%. We had contacted our mortgage company, asking for help and they never did anything about it. Then my co-worker referred me to her loan officer at Lenders National Group so I figured I would give it a try as we were beginning to think we would have to put our house up for sale. I was shocked at how smoothly and painlessly our loan went through. They ended up getting us into a 30 year fixed loan, lowering our payments enormously and saving us from losing our home.

I recently received a mortgage from Lenders National Group and was so pleased with the entire experience, which can sometimes be a grueling process, that I felt compelled to write a review on them. They provided me with excellent customer service, continuously keeping me informed of the loan process and completed the whole thing in less than two weeks!

My loan officer was very informative, honest and easy to work with. I was approached by several other brokers, but no one could beat their rates or their service. I would highly recommend this broker to anyone looking to refinance.
