Wellness is all well and good, but results are even better! Private sessions with Julia have strengthened and slimmed my core, flattened my tummy, toned my arms and sculpted my thighs. It's hard work. But, Julia is an expert and patient

A great lofty space in West Philadelphia, right off the 34 Trolley line! So easy to get to and super friendly staff. Started taking Pilates, with instructor Julia, at Studio 34 when they first opened and won't go anywhere else! Julia is

Studio 34 is great for pilates! Julia is a fantastic instructor. She's very knowledgeable and makes sure you're doing poses correctly. And at $10, classes are affordable, too. Julia also offers private sessions on pilates equipment,

Studio 34 is an awesome community oriented wellness space in West Philadelphia. I have been taking pilates classes with Julia since the studio opened last spring, and I won't go anywhere else! As a grad student, I have been looking for affordable (some pilates classes on Tues. and Fri. are $5!), AND professional pilates instruction. Studio 34 moved into my neighborhood just in time! The pilates instructor, Julia, is knowledgeable about not only pilates, but also anatomy, working with special needs clients, and physical rehabilitation. Studio 34 has been a wonderful addition to my community! Thank you!

Studio 34 is one of Philly's true treasures. Tucked away in a quaint but hip section of West Philly, it offers a wide variety of affordable wellness services and cultural arts. The space is funky and inviting and everyone who walks in is made to feel welcome. The studios are spacious and immaculately clean.

The Pilates classes and individual lessons provided by Julia are, from my experience, not only the best in the city but the most affordable (because she practices on the principle that wellness should be accessible to everyone). She is a patient, knowledgeable, and fun teacher who loves what she does and shares that passion with her students. Whether you are just starting out or a Pilates veteran, you would be remiss if you did not give Studio 34 a try.

As a runner and someone with occasional back pain, I decided to start taking Pilates at Studio 34. I had looked into taking privates at other studios but the priced were outrageous (75-110$ per hour!). Since starting with Julia, my back pain is gone, my posture is better,my flexibility has increased, and my running times have improved! Julia is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and is patient and professional- I would recommend her to anyone.
