I was very pleased to find a great place to eat some hot wings and flavorful chicken. My son and I ordered lime and peppered chicken and some hot wings that were really good and tasty! We waited over 30 minutes to take out and I think it's pricey. The people who work there are very nice and friendly...I just hope the next time I go I won't have to wait as long for my food.

If you like hoagies and wings, this is the place for you. The wings are tasty and the Philly cheesesteak is pretty good. I was STUFFED after I left this place.

Quality lost to Quantity
by Think213
I share one sentiment with yummy88. Since their expansion from the Venice location, the food and service quality has tanked. My buddies and I would order from the Venice spot and either drive there to pick it up or pay the extra mileage since we were out of their delivery area, and it was well worth it, every time. To add insult to injury, the prices have raised! From LA's best to 'forget that place'. I guess expansion and profit margins beat out making great food. In becoming a 'chain store' you are a prisoner to profit lol
Pros: memories of good grubb
Cons: reality of business

bad cheese steak, worse service
by vidlykiki
Went on a Sunday. Place was empty and it still took 3 people 25 minutes to process my order (2 steak sandwiches). My biggest problem, though was the sauce on the steak- it was just weird, (paprika?) salty and way too liberally applied. Not enough cheese (even though my sandwich was supposed to have extra cheese). I've heard their wings are good, but didn't have any. The people were nice. Anyway, still looking for a good/passable cheese steak in LA.

Worth the Hype! Hype...Worth it!

H & W just brings it! Great H & W and great service! These guys will bring it and take their recomendations. It isn't a place to bring a date exept if that consists of six dudes looking to get their H & W on! Bravo!
Pros: Food and Parking...What else do you need in LA

Don't bother...save yourself the trouble and money

Have tried both the Venice and La Cienaga locations a couple of times - nothing to rave about. When they first opened the Venice location, their food was nice. However, since they started expanding, I have really seem a HUGE decline in quality, taste and service. Even though we were done with them, we recently tried the Washington Blvd. location and it was the worst experience of them all. We were in for the night and decided to place a delivery order - what a mistake. The delivery guy was rude and obnoxious and the food was absolutely slop. I can't believe they have the nerve to promote that the owners are Le Cordon Bleu graduates. Whatever! We ordered a cheesesteak combo that came with 2 chicken fingers, a side of fries and buffalo wings. The fries were disgusting and dried out. The oil was old and tasted horrible. We had requested extra cheese on the cheesesteak and wasn't given any, but was definitely charged for the extra request. They also charge for delivery.
Being a Philly native, I may have slightly higher expectations, but this is unmbelievable. Food should taste like food. The wings weren't that bad, but given all the other letdowns, the whole experience stunk.
I should have taken the $30 and just gone to the supermarket to make my own cheesesteak and wings. In summary, this place is not worth the money or the effort - rude service, crappy food and way-over priced.
Wish I could give it a negative star rating.

Best Wings in Los Angeles
by laashurst
I have tried every flavor of their wings and they are all delicious. Their philly cheesesteak is delicious too. Make sure you have a big appetitie.
Pros: Delicious, Variety, Delivery
