not cool 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Staff was cool, drink prices were okay, and the Mojitos were awesome! I'm not the type to go on a rant about how everything was bad because it wasn't. The unstable chairs and tables made things quite annoying and the Judges last saturday night must have been deaf because it was obvious they put the wrong person in fist place (hence the overwhelming sigh coming from 98% of the audience). Other than that, the staff was awesome even the door guy was very respectful and pleasant and we met some fun people. PLEASE CHANGE THOSE CHAIRS.

Great time, great staff 4 Star Rating - Very good

Randomly walked in and I'm glad we did because I had a great time. The staff was fun, friendly, accommodating and patient. Some entertaining patrons around the bar. A great vibe all around.

Pros: Staff, tvs, location

A bit of a rip off 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Went to Top Tunes on a thursday night after work. Their website said that it's $6 a person an hour, they tried to charge us $8. When we told them it says $6, the lady was like, "Ok, fine!" Also, after 3 hours 1 of the girls left, so we asked the management to take one person off our bill for the remaining hour and they gave us an incredibly difficult time (he literally said, "not my problem") and it took us some convincing to get him to do this. On top of that, they charged us 18% gratuity, even though the website states that its for parties of 6 or more (there was 5 of us), even though they didn't wait on us, we had to get our drinks and food at the bar. Drinks were expensive -- $10 a shot and food was expensive too and portions were tiny. They also conveniently "forgot" about their happy hour and tried charging us the full price.

On the upside, the room was big, had 3 TVs in it, so we didnt all have to stare into one space. Song selection was good, all the equipment was good, except the batteries in the mics were dying.

So if you go, just read the website carefully and prepare to argue with the rude and supposedly misinformed staff.

Pros: nice room, good song selection
Cons: pricey food+drinks, rude staff
