Alliance Property Management

Alliance property management sucks!!! The amount they charge for the credit report and background check is higher than other property managements. They take your money and they choose the house you should live in not the one you apply for. I wish I would have read the reviews about the company before we applied. I've called the Better Business Bureau and will never refer anyone to them. The whole business is nothing but a scam.

ALLIANCE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. Every time I had an issue, they just tossed a number at me to call myself to get it fixed, they never gave me a copy of the move in sheet AND LOST THEIR PRIMARY COPY. So on move out they scrambled to find a blank move in sheet, which the chick wrote "clean move out"...oh and speaking of losing, they LOST A MONTH OF MY RENT!! They even had the audacity to make me call and revoke the money order and send a new one!! I had to argue with them that I actually paid the rent!! They finally caved after they saw I HAD MY SIGNATURE IN THE RECEIPT BOOK. The deposit was 55 dollars short because apparently I broke a window, funny though...we have video footage of the walk through and photos of said window before we moved in!! Also, bad plumbing to which I had to call the less than professional plumber on more than one occasion, and HUGE cockroaches. Within the first week of move in the actual owner came to the house himself just to drop of his number because he felt sorry for me and didn't want me to deal with Alliance!!! You know it's bad when it's come to that. I prey for the next tenants to come to their senses, Oh yeah, and the house was DISGUSTING, dog hair was clogging up all of the plumbing, the washer and dryer ( to which they "weren't sure if the house came with them or not" even though I asked numerous times 'quite nicely' so I could plan ahead and they wouldn't even look into it for me ) were completely unusable until I cleaned out all of the muck, the sinks reeked and we had to argue to get new carpet before we moved in because there was HOLES IN THE CARPET...they said they would consider getting it professionally cleaned, how can you cleaned worn through carpet with giant glue stains? to which we have pictures of as well. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

I just rented from these people and regret not looking to the net before I did. Many of the problems people are describing here are very true. My experence was not much better, lease had to be broken, law suits were threntened the whole thing was so damm stressful. If you belive in internet reviews take this as GOLD....DO NOT RENT HERE....

I am almost positive the two good reviews on this site is from lance miller or his scandalous wife.I rented from them and when we did the first walk through his wife came and did it when i moved out lance came and did it even though i thought his wife was very nice and we agreed on lots of things that where dirty and broken all lance said was its not against the law and was very rude even though i was a very good tenant never late on every payment.I waited two months for my deposit and got less than half even though it was cleaner than when i moved in.I called them out on it and they got very defensive and told me to never call them and never use them as a reference.

If you like dictatorship as a tenant then you will love Alliance Property Management. You will think they are the greatest landlords you have ever had until you need something fixed or you are late with your rent just once, or you beleive they have treated you unfairly and you call them on it, or you learn they are liars and do not uphold their word. They have no compassion --- none wht so ever! You will see!

Alliance has been great. I have been renting with them for 2 years and they have been extremely helpful and professional. I lost my job and was right in the middle of my lease and they worked with me to meet my rent and then helped me move into a cheaper rental with no deposit. It is definitely awesome to have a landlord or manager that understands our day and age and want to help people. You don't find that with most property owners. They definitely have a heart and care about there tenants. If you need a good, reliable, professional property management company or your looking for a nice rental, these are the guys. They have great work and are there when you need them.

We have been with Alliance for 2 years and have rented two separate houses from them. We got all our deposit back and they have been great to work with. The current owners don't want to repair anything in this house..but its the owners and not the property management people. The owner just sucks.

In this economy, you better hope you get that deposit back, Well here you wont, they take the money and run. And if you do get your money back it will not be worth the effort it will take to get these people to ACT!
