Working out with Keeping Austin Fit and Shelby really excelerated my workout as I was getting ready for runs and triathlons. Not only did she motivate me she pushed me to the next level which I needed. I would recommend Keeping Austin Fit to any and everyone who needs something exciting and rewarding in their life.

I loved boot camp. Shelby is awesome. She definitely pushes and helps you realize your potential both mentally and physically. She has a great attitude and always made the workouts fun and different, which is a huge necessity for me. I heard about boot camp with Shelby from a friend and it indeed exceeded my expectations. My workouts by myself don't come close to working out with Shelby. I highly recommend it for anyone that needs a boost in life, whether it be a physical challenge or a mental rejuvenation, because for me it was both. Cheers to Shelby.

Shelby is VERY motivational. She can work you out without being too harsh. Shelby knows when to push you and then to back off when you have met your limits. She keeps the works out interesting and fun. Most weeks you will never do the same thing twice. On any given work out you will swim, bike or run. She keeps it exciting and challenging by using Austin's beautiful land escapes as part of your work out. I highly recommend her for individual or group fitness. She is also an excellent trainer for triathlons or just to shape up for a wedding or High School reunion.

A friend of mine asked me to join her for a boot camp class. With hesitation I said...why not. I had been struggling to get back in an exercise routine. I was committed for four months and loved every session. I highly recommend the classes offered by Keeping Austin Fit. Shelby is a great instructor and sincerely cares about the people in her classes. She has great knowledge of nutrition and fitness. When another evening boot camp class is offered..I'll be there! :-)
