I have been using Aadvanced limousine service for all of my needs. I got their contact information from a friend and I haven't looked back since. They are very, very friendy, courteous, polite, on time and very professional. They get the door for you and make sure you have everything you need for your ride. Whether it's a bacherlorette party, prom or just a great get together this limousine service is your best one in town.
I will continue to use Aadvance limousine service because they work with you, make it very affordable and their location is perfect.
I suggest this service to everybody in and out of town....

The limo arrived on time, Beth took all the worries out of How I was going to get my Daughter's wedding dress and 11 other people into the limo. I booked this limo on-line and booked a smaller one, The owners to the time to call and explain to me that the larger one would better suit my needs because of the dress and the comfort of the other passengers, THIS IS the only limo company I will ever use bar none.

We used Aadvanced Limousines for a birthday party. We called last minute expecting to be told no sorry, but instead we were told "we can have a driver there in 40 minutes" we reserved a S.U.V. limousine, the driver was great and the vehicle was clean and very accomodating. Thank you Aadvanced!

Terrible service, rude driver, tried to change the time to fit their schedule, because they were over booked. Customer service was inadequate when trying to resolve issues. Tipped the driver over 20 percent and the service was still sub par. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for quality limo service. Our group paid 600 dollars to be disappointed by our experience and service.

I recently booked Aadvanced Limousine for a trip I coordinated for my university club. Everyone I talked to on the phone was flexible and easy to work with. They knew about another university group booking a trip and worked on them together to make sure we both got the discount for being part of a university program. With my busy schedule here at school, it is easier to get in touch with me via email rather than phone, and after mentioning this, they were immediately willing to continue booking everything and corresponding with me over email. I had never booked transportation for such a large group before, and was quite intimidated by the idea of it, but Aadvanced made it extremely easy. I was surprised at the excellent level of customer service and consideration for my own and my group's needs.

The one thing I did not like was that we got an extremely discourteous driver. He was extremely rude from the moment he picked us up to when he dropped us off at the end of the day. Leaving our university, he got lost in the surrounding town and blamed me personally for it. He also kept the temperature of the vehicle painfully cold, though several people asked him politely to please turn the temperature up a little. I was afraid to even ask him to do this after the way he treated me about the directions. Honestly, if the customer service was not as spectacular as it was, the driver was rude enough that I would never have come back to this company for anything.

So, watch that one downside!

I have visited many places, and frequent Indianapolis. Everytime I get a chance to come to Indianapolis, I always use Aadvanced Limousines. They always cater to your need. They are willing to listen to their customers requests and really take care of matters. Their chauffers are always dressed and look professional. They are prompt and the limos are clean inside and out. They go out of their way to service Indianapolis and surrounding areas. I often visit small towns outside of the city and several companies that I have approached refuse or want to bill me almost 4 times the normal hourly rate, but not Aadvanced Limousines, they are very up front and guarantee the most affordable chauffered services around. No other company takes care of their customers like this family owned and locally operated business. Their website, 317limousines com is very helpful and has pictures of their limos. Booking multiple events with them at one time really pays off because they sincerely appreciate repeat business. Thank you for your time and only trust Aadvanced Limousines to take care of your every need.

If customer service is of importance to you, then I do not suggest Aadvanced Limousines. I rent limos from companies in Indy regularly and I thought I would give Aadvanced a try for my friends wedding. Much to my dismay, they have horrible customer services and are only worried about making money. Good luck getting your deposit back if your plans change and you have to cancel. They are the only company I know that you can cancel months in advance and they will not give you your deposit back and will argue with you (the customer) about it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone... I actually make a point to make sure my friends don't use them.

I have been many places and used many limousine services for airport pick ups, birthday parties, bachelor parties, and weddings. I have never done business with any company that caters to the customer quite like Aadvanced Limousines. They are extremely easy to work with and very knowledgable about their industry. They stand by their word and fulfill all promises plus some. They sincerely care about your occasion as much as you do and it shows. They are professional and prompt. The limousines are beautiful. I don't often speak so highly of businesses because so many of them have grown and lost a sense for how important the individual customer is, but not here. This business is a locally owned and operated business that seeks out each individual customer to ensure that the best service is provided. I have used their services many times now and all of their drivers are so nice and go above and beyond to take care of each person in your party. It is truly service like I have never seen before. I highly recommend Aadvanced Limousines as the best to make sure that you get your true satisfaction. And they are the most competitively priced in the city! Thank you!
