A Plus Hardwood Floors

We had our floors installed by A Plus Hardwood Floors - in July 2009. They were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. They offer the best prices for installing which included removing carpet and installing new moulding too! The installation was amazing and they definitely do know all about installing floors. Even after we finished, there were some minor problems which needed to be corrected. After some diligence in follow up via phone and email, they corrected all the issues at no cost to us. I do have to say that they are a small family owned business and they do not have a secretary or receptionist (they are passing the savings on to you!). But they do call you back. I have found that the best way to reach them is via email. We do love our floors very much! They did an excellent job - my neighbor used them too!

I was due to have my floors repaired and refinished starting today (9/22/09) Workers were scheduled and confirmed to start at 8am-showed up at 1pm with no wood for repairs and no equipment! No communication-you get an answering machine. Very unprofessional! I was waiting in my house with 2 kids under 2 for more than 5 hours and had no answers!! Never use!
