If you want to get in great shape mentally and physically and be challenged this is a place for you. They will kick your butt in a good way and it was great for my confidence. I feel tough and powerful. Great feeling.

false advertising... 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

"If you would like to try a free class, call the Academy to make an appointment", as they say on their web site, but I just want to inform everybody that you will pay $20. That not the best way to start with a customer !!!
