I stumbled on this delightful store while vacationing. They have handmade products from all over the mountains of North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. The selection of items was really impressive for such a small town, I was really surpised.
They also ship and that is what I did for Mother's Day this year. But I was lucky enough to be back in the mountains for Father's Day so Dad got to pick out his own present. This should definitely be on anyone's list of places to stop and shop while in the Andrews area.

This place is terrific! They have a nice selection of handcrafted items made by people in the area. Much of it is heritage items like brooms, baskests, quilt and such, You can also get pottery, paintings, hand engraved glass items, handwoven blankets and towels and just too darn much to mention. I have to add that they have the most delicious jams and jellies too! Mmmmm! I sent some to friends in Florida and they asked for more - guess we'll be keeping the UPS drivers busy in both places from now on.
