The girl at the checkout window (a large african american girl) was probably the rudest of any person I've had any interaction with in a customer service role in my life. I will NEVER go back to this ghettofabulous restaurant in my life, no matter how good their food is.

Cook Out is strictly take out. You can stay in your car, place your order through a speaker, and drive up to a window on either side of the small building. Or, you can walk up to a window at the front of the building. Whichever way you ask for your food, you're going to get a really good hamburger, hot dog, chicken sandwich, or barbecue plate. I love their hot dogs with mustard, ketchup, and chili! You can get Cajun seasoning on the fries, and it'll leave your mouth tingling. Then, you can cool it down with one of their two or three dozen flavors of milkshake. They have two seasonal shakes: watermelon in July and August, and eggnog in December. Your bill will run roughly $5.00 to $6.00 per person, and it's well worth it.

Note: I've started coming to this location more often than the one on Battleground Avenue, even though the one on Battleground is a bit closer to home. The Battleground location just got the order wrong too many times.
