I found John online offering free ac repair tips. I called and was surprised on how John could help me over the phone with my malfunctioning thermostat. After about 15 minutes my thermostat was fixed and as promised it cost me nothing. Thanks John!

My AC was blowing cold air. Alvin found a lose wire. Cost me $39.95. Honest? He could of found a $1,000 bad part and I would of not know the deference! Honest YES!

I have several rental properties that I have placed home warranties on. Last week I contacted the home warranty company about an ac that was not working on one of my rental properties. The home warranty company refused to fix it because they said the problem was due to lack of maintenance. I have used Harvey for my plumbing repairs so I decided to call him for my ac problem. I responded to a Silver Fox ad for a $39.95 AC Check-up. Knowing my 2 year old AC was in top condition I expected the service person to find something wrong. Brian found my AC in good running order and ONLY charged me $39.95!! This is a good honest company and I would recommend their services to my family and friends!

Since last November I have had my sewer line cleaned 3 times from 2 different plumbing companies. In February my sewer line was clogged again so I decided to do some research to find out why my sewer needed constant attention. I found Harvey & Brian on the internet from a listing that offered free plumbing tips. Harvey explained what my problem was in DETAIL and Brain came out and repaired the lines to eliminate future problems. The other 2 plumbing companies did not explain why I was having problems - they just cleaned it and left!!! Brian did a great job rebuilding my bathroom sink and toilet - as expected after reading all these great reviews. BUT! What really surprised me was when John called me a couple days later to ask me if I was happy with the job Brian did. I have had a lot of contractors out to my house to repair and remodel in the past few years BUT I have never had anyone personally call me to ask if I was satisfied! Recently I had John & Harvey (Silver Fox) install a hot water heater recirculationg pump on my hot water heater. Now instead of waiting 5 to 10 mninutes for hot water to reach my shower I get hot water instantly. After they installed it they told me I could receive a rebate through the Scottsdale water department. What a surprise!
