.

Jenn & Susye are moving their yoga studio to North Haledon. They will celebrate their grand opening next weekend and are running a full schedule of free classes. Check out their website for more information. I have taken their children's yoga classes. I have used many of the subtle techniques they taught us to help my young, energetic children relax and to help me relax, as well! I also treated myself to a few massages there and was always satisfied.

Jenn and Susye are the owners and two of the instructors at Hall of Light Yoga Studio. They are both excellent teachers, warm people, and beautiful spirits. They can brighten even your worst day. I love taking yoga at Hall of Light. They just moved to North Haledon to a lovely new space. Check it out for some R&R or a good workout. They also offer massage therapy. I am a frequent visitor to the massage room too.
