Nanny Care Connections places long-term full-time, summer and travel nannies. Our goal is to simplify the hiring process for busy parents in their quest for ideal in-home care. Our nanny candidates are primarily from the Midwest. They are required to have childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least five references. We conduct thorough background checks and the interview process is extensive. We prefer an in-person interview with the families to gain a full understanding of their needs and lifestyle. Nanny Care Connections strives to help create the most ideal partnership between the nanny and the parent(s) in order to provide children with safe, healthy, and nurturing experiences. Nanny Care Connections is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the International Nanny Association.

Highly Recommended 5 Star Rating - World class

NannyCare Connections was of tremendous help to my family. Our nanny had to leave for personal reasons and this agency came through in a crunch. They found several great candidates for us to interview, before we hired our new nanny. And she's wonderful. NannyCare Connections is thorough and top notch. I've recommended them to several of our friends.

great agency 5 Star Rating - World class

i was having a tough time finding a nanny job with other agencys. they were friendly, professional and worked hard to find me my new job. i love the family i am with. nannycare connections is a great place to find a nanny job.
