Raymond was the General on our extensive remodel project. We nearly doubled the square footage and added a complicated second story. We appreciate that Raymond provided quality work and stood behind the project; when a few things did not turn out as planned (inevitable for any project) Raymond made himself available to our satisfaction. Most importantly, Raymond balanced our change orders to remain within our budget and gave us periodic updates for cost status. He is easy to communicate with and he offered suggestions we hadn't considered to make our project successful. Raymond also took extra steps to attend meetings with our City administration when they presented unfair challenges and we recommend his services for your project.

We have been happy to work with Raymond on 3 projects. The first remodel completely changed our dated ranch home to an updated Tuscan look with a grand entry, high ceilings, columns, and new living room, dining room and kitchen. In our second project, Raymond remodeled the master bedroom (complete with coffered ceiling, fireplace and mantle and huge windows and doors) and added a wonderful master bathroom, as well as another large bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd project was a lovely column pergola which created a outdoor sitting area by the bocce ball court. On every project Raymond has been very easy to work with and he charged a reasonable price. He has great ideas and is not afraid make suggestions to improve the look of the project or save on cost. Everyone working with Raymond on the projects was responsive and neat. This was very helpful as we lived in our home during most of the remodels. His finishing work is excellent and his attention to detail impeccable. We would highly recommend Timber Creek Construction for any new build or remodel, no matter what the size or complexity. We have already started talking to Raymond about our next phase!

As a former planning commissioner for the City of Saratoga, I had the pick of the litter when it came time to choose a contractor for my personal home remodeling. I choose Timber Creek Construction for their honesty, quality work, and straight forward, no nonsense, approach to keeping me informed and happy. Since 1983 I have had Timber Creek Construction not only handle my remodel, but also 2 more square footage additions. They have also remodeled my mother-in-law's home, and my mother-in-law is happy. (And God knows, if my mother-in-law is unhappy, I am unhappy). My friends and clients have always been happy with Timber Creek's speed and cleanliness. Timber Creek is the only contractor that I will even consider when it comes to residential home improvement.
