Carvão Grill former Gaucho Grill, is a South American steakhouse located in Downtown Brea. The menu features perfectly seasoned and grilled cuts of beef, chicken, and wild salmon served with tasty side dishes. Carvão's appetizers and specialties are all prepared with a South American flair. From empanadas to fish cakes, chicken champagne to shrimp da Bahia, braised pork osso bucco to wild salmon papel -- there is something to please everyone. Carvão has a full bar for your enjoyment and an extensive wine list with premier wines from Argentina, Napa, Italy, and France. We offer a special lunch menu for those on the go during the week. Our Sunday brunch is churrascaria-style, featuring authentic Brazilian Style Churrascaria 11:00 - 3:00. Catering services are available. We are conveniently located across the Edward's Movie Theatre in Downtown Brea.
