Ranch Catering

On behalf of Rebuilding Together San Diego, our Board of Directors and the community we serve, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your support and involvement in our Fall Rebuilding Day project benefiting The Arc of San Diego.
Words cannot describe the depth of our gratitude, but please know that your support was the key to making this project possible and thanks to your incredible generosity we have been able to make a world of difference in the lives of the clients at The Arc of San Diego. Together, as a team, we were able to paint the exterior of a 48,000 sq. ft building, install more than 15,000 sq ft of water wise landscape, renovate and remodel a life skills training kitchen, replace a deck, paint a group house, install a pergola, paint a mural, build 6 raised vegetable garden boxes from recycled materials and so much more.
With our final accounting, nearly $180,000 in market value has been completed in this renovation project. Most importantly, you have positively touched hundreds of lives by your extraordinary efforts.
Once again, our deepest most heartfelt thanks. Looking forward to our continued work together to improve homes, neighborhoods and lives throughout San Diego County.

My Wedding Day was perfect.

Thanks so much for everything, it was perfect. The room looked awesome, the food was delicious and your staff was so nice. Well once again you guys did it! What a great success. Not only for the imperial potentates dinner, but for all of the meals for the shines recorders. Nothing but raves and adulation for a great caterer.
They were truly impressed and appreciated the selection and quality of the food. Several of the ladies commented on how nice it was seeing different table linens at the meals
I cannot say enough about how good you made me look, again!

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all the support you and your staff gave us during the time many of the crew members were away from home. It did not matter how tired they were, but they always tried to be attentive and take care of the small things. I know they worked longer hours than many of us, but the little extras you and your staff did really made everyone look forward to our meals from Ranch. The special request and extra side dishes (home made beans and tortillas) made the guys feel at home and toward the end it was almost hard to get rid of them. They all said they never eat that good at home.
I know the logistics of feeding so many people at once was a huge task, but your staff seemed to step up and shine.

I would like to thank you and your event staff for working with me and Beckman Coulter, inc. you planned and executed a top notch event. It could not have run smoother. All the staff that I had to deal with was extremely professional, helpful and just plan nice. We receive numerous compliments on our Open House and without you and your staff this would not been possible. Everyone enjoyed the day and I could not be happier.
I look forward to working with you again, and I promise to keep your name and Ranch Events name fresh in the minds our recreational team and any other special events that come up.

A heartfelt thank you for your contribution of breakfast and lunch made towards Challenge Airs Eleventh Annual San Diego Fly Day, seventeen volunteer pilots took the skies and flew 97 special needs childrens from the San Diego area. And, approximately 100 ground crew volunteers came out to serve these special needs children.
I would recommend Renaissance Bakery and Ranch Catering for anyone looking to host a large event. On behalf of the children, parents, San Diego planning committee, staff, board and sponsors .Thank You.

Thank you to all at Ranch Catering & their staff. Everyone had a terrific time yesterday and went home well-fed and satisfied. The room at Marina Village looked great cant go wrong with red, white and blue, looked awesome. Ive heard only compliments on how well everything went and how smoothly 400 people were fed! As you know, that is everything in keeping a crowd of that size happy.

Ranch Catering and staff made Taryn and Jeffs wedding so very special. What could have been stressful was fun. El Cortez is gorgeous and fit the theme of the wedding you made it more beautiful with your table linens and dcor. We were so pleased. Thank you for your excellent service and all of your help in the planning of this special day. I couldnt have pulled it off without you. I personally want to thank Rhonda Wick for her wonderful planning.

I am writing this letter in gratitude for the absolutely perfect evening on August 28th, which was ours. Everything down to the smallest detail was taken care of and food was exquisite and service excellent! My guest commented on how delicious the food was and I had 2 wedding coordinators at this wedding as guest and they both said they could not find fault with one detail (and that was very rare). First class was the reviews from all!!

I booked through Ranch Catering several times. The last event I did was for a dinner event, and they were extremely helpful. I was able to come in and taste all the food before hand, and decide which I wanted and did not want. The woman helping me plan this event was so kind, and she planned everything according to my budget and tastes. I got the grilled mediterranean vegetables and the cheese lasagna. Both were so delicious. And they even custom made a beautiful cake. Love this place!
