My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our new home. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expections. We had talked to Mr. Godfrey several times and everything he worked on with us was done. From helping us find a lender to calling back out his contractors to touching up after we moved.
Mr. Godfrey is one of the most honorable people you will hope to meet. He insists on as much perfection and professionalism from all his contractors. (and they put up with me under foot)
If you want a home that is up-to-date on the latest energy savings, you will want to talk with Mr. Godfrey before you start on anything.

We have been in our Ronnie Godfrey home since December 2002. We worked with Ronnie every step of the way throughout the design, plan and build of our home and he provided us with great guidance throughout the entire process. He was very patient with our many requests and finished our home ahead of plan. Energy efficient is an understatement. Our electric bill is considerably lower than any of our friends in the same sized or even smaller homes. I would highly recommend Ronnie and his custom built home and if I ever moved for any reason, I would purchase another Ronnie Godfrey home without question.

We have been in our Ronnie Godfrey for a little over four years and couldn't be more pleased with the the whole process of design, construction and folllow-up after move-in to make sure we were completely satisfied with our custom built home. We were fully involved in the design of our home, the selection of materials, finishes, equipment and appliances and Ronnie offered many helpful suggestions during the whole process. The energy efficiency of our home is still hard to believe.when it comes to the heating and cooling bill and we maintain a very comfortable temperature in the summer (75) and winter (70). We are so pleased with our RGodfrey home. It was great working with Ronnie throughout the building process. It is very energy efficient! Our energy bill is less than half of our previous home, and it is a beautiful home.

Thanks Ron! We love the way your home came out. And we also made a great friend in the process.We live in an R Godfrey Home. It is extremely energy efficient so our utility bills are low. We love the custom touches in our home. We have a beautiful rounded wall with 3 art niches, granite counter tops, and a lighted box ceiling in our bedroom.
We worked with Ronnie to design a floor plan that would be right for us. He was very easy and accommodating to work with. He was at the job site almost every working day to make sure that things were done right. If we build another home, he will be our builder!

We are now in our second Ronnie Godfrey home. As in our prior home, we are totally pleased with the new home. Ronnie guided Kay and I through all phases of design and construction. The home is high quality and very energy efficient. Our home is totally electric and over 2800 square feet. Our electric bills average around 211 dollars monthly which includes operating a water well pump. Should we decide to build another home we will chose Ronnie as our builder.

We have been in our RGodfrey home for over 13 years...friends, family and acquaintences always comment that the house looks brand new. The quality craftsmanship, eye for detail and energy efficient standards that Ronnie and Suz put into their homes is world class. We are total electric, and our utility bill continues to remain lower than our friends and neighbors. Our next house will be built by RGodfrey Homes!
