Ifyou go to madeup in germantown. be prepared to recive a warm hello at the door,knowledgable stylist,Nina and Stephanie were very helpful in selectingnotjust anyweave but The weave. i was on my way out the door, when I realized Tee could do mynails designs awesome and my feet. I received the new semi permamnent lashes which are light and stay in place, I looked awesome and when I paid the fee for my professional expereince, I just couldn't believe how in expensive this place was... i gaurentee if yougo there someone will be more than happy to make your hair dreams become a reality.Awesome!

Pros: good prices, not a bunch of bogee people, and good quality for the money

Cons: pbring some quarteres for the meter or park around on harvey street

i dont know where to start madeup is definetly the salon i have always dreamed of going too well you see my name is deka and i used to go to primp and pamper and a girl named tameka used to do my hair and it was okay but when i went to madeup i got my hair done and it was a great atmosphere and my hair came out looking fabulous and when i went home wooooo! HAHA but anyu way i got the works and stephanie the did my hair in a spiral style and not often do i get these type of styles but she pursuaded me to i looked at my self and could help but to stare. tashime did my nails and i loved them they were really pretty i got a few designs and they lokoed like a airbrush machine did them when in fact it didnt they were hand made. i also got my toes done too. jasmine did my eyelashes and they were so pretty and my air brush makeup i got all of this done on the night of my boy--friend and i prom and we when got there we selected as prom king and queen but you know we cant for get about the compliments the reason i am commenting on citysearch is because when i left out of the shop i had heads turning left and right and got so many people were giving me commpliments about everyhtiong and the staff were so nice and respectful and i was very please.

I WENT TO MADEUP AND RECIEVED EVERYTHING!ROBIN(BUTTAFINGERS) BRAIDED MY INDIVIDUALS A IN 3 1/2 4 HOURS WAY FASTER THAN I HAVE EVER HAD THEM DONE BEFORE! WOW ! I RECIVED THE HOT SPA PACKAGE AD TASHIMA AND JASMINE HOOKED ME UP I WAS IN LOVE WITH MY SELF AND I GOT EVERYTHING DONE FOR MY PROM! I GOT LASHES AND AIR BRUSH MAKE-UP FROM JAZZ ! WHEN I LEFT I COULDN'T STOP TAKING PICTURES SO WHEN I LEFT I CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO GET EVRTHING DONE AGAIN AND THERE WASN'T EVEN A NEED TO I WAS JUST SO SATISFIED! I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND COMING TO MADEUP ALSO ITS A VERY CLEAN SALON . 5 STARS ARE EARNED GREATFULLY!

my experience at Made Up was not what I would call a bad experience but I can not ignore the fact my services were not done professionally. I expected it to be a calm and relaxing atmosphere but. that is not what i got. The staff was very nice and pleasant no doubt about that. They were very busy and it took awhile to get all of my services done. I got the "Spa Package" and my hair done. The pedicure was nice, my nails were a little too thick with nail acrylic(i had to go get them fixed somewhere else),My lashes were fine and so was my eye arch. My hair, well lets just say I could of done it better myself. I must say I like the people especially the owner, she was very pleasant and entertaining but, the services I got done was not worth the money i spent.

If your looking for a salon with a great atmosphere, great stylist and an array of services, then Made Up is the place to go. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. I was excited to find out that they provide so many services. From hair to lashes, and airbrush make up great for proms and weddings. I really enjoyed seeing a group of minorities work together as a team to get the job done. I would definitely go again......

madeup definately has it going on, my lady came with a little bit of hair(she was weraing natural fro, and came back like Beyonnce. Tony west made her look as he says"fierce" she had lashes done by Jazz,they was sex***ty! I will gladly pay for my girl too go back there and get the works, I feel like I have a new woman..Mmmmmm!

Cons: had to wait a little longer but once they began it wasn't too long of a wait

when I got there I was pleasently surprised, the staff was attentive and didnot have me waiting all day, the prices were just outstanding, as I receive the Hot Spa package,my feet received a nice pedicure, I got a minicure, lashes were done, and nice brow arch by jazz....$40.00 for all this I couldn't believe it! I gotta tell my friends, oh they do nice hair, and outstanding brais and natural styles. If you need someone to do more than yo hair, Madeup is a place you can come too and feel like a part of the family
