I went to go to two Ashtanga classes there on a free pass, which is nice. But the teacher who I think was a substitute because it wasn't his name on the schedule, was reading from a list of positions and he didn't do the finishing sequence which I have always been told is very important. He talked a full ten minutes before starting any yoga, and said the same things both classes, which I found annoying. Why couldn't he talk as he taught as most teachers do? He was nice and attentive at what he did teach, but I feel like I need a stronger teacher. I am looking for a better Ashtanga studio, though a friend of mine who goes to that studio regularly told me that they are looking for an Ashtanga teacher there, and if they find one, I'll try it again because the location is so good and the people were nice.
Pros: close to my house, nice people
Cons: no real ashtanga teacher even though the schedule says there is one
