Never really knew this place existed. Booked 90 minute massage for only $115. Awesome therapist and overall experience. Great place to get gifts for b-days or anniversary. Hip, fun and easy to park and get to for Buckhead location. Will have to try pedicure and manicure for only $35. Will go back again for sure.

Pros: Easy parking, great spa packages and shopping!!!

Cons: Might miss this driving by....look for their logo so you don't miss the sign.

I am so in love with this store. Entebello is what would happen if Sephora and the beauty section of Neiman Marcus got married and gave birth to a genius child. Unless you are like me, you probably have not heard of many of the lines they sell and you will be in for a real treat when you go in there and listen to them tell you all about each item. The owner and employees are extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. And, you can tell that they aren't just trying to sell you another hand cream; they truly love the products they carry and it shows! Your friends will be so jealous when you show them the new eye cream you "discovered". Oh yea - did I also mention that it is a really great spa too?

After chatting with the owner on the phone for 45 minutes (without having met her before), I knew right away I wanted to pamper my bridal party at Entebello. I could not be more with happy with my decision if I tried!! My girls all loved the place and we felt so special and taken care of! We all got very modern colors done on our nails, not the typical french manicures that seem to be the token wedding day choice. After our nails were finished, a couple of us had our makeup done and purchased some of the products that were used. I LOVE this place; if I had tons of money to spend on one of a kind products, I would give all of it to Entebello. Thank you so much for making my wedding weekend special and I can't wait to go back in and visit!

From the well kept outside to the great smells and luxurious ambience inside, I was sold. The staff placed the cherry on top! They were all very proffessional and keen to every need and want. My overall experience will guarentee ongoing visits and services also inviting friends and family. I highly recommend this place!!

I came here a few weeks ago with one of my friends for pedicures. We were "meeting" to plan a friend's baby shower. Well, right after we sat down, lightbulbs over our heads...they were just finishing up a bridal party, and we thought what a gret idea for a a baby shower. We booked the space, and a few weeks later had the party. It was great, they were very accomodating, and the space was perfect. We felt like we could all have fun and catch up and not have to worry about disturbing other people who might be there like at some places. Not only did we get our nails done, but complimentary make-up too. So much fun for an event!

I recently received and used a gift certificate to this spa... while very attractive, felt that there was a LOT of attitude. I echo one of the other comments in that the staff was more interested in their "stuff" than helping a customer. Seems that the owners are more interested in getting press in local rags than running a business that creates a warm, inviting and customer friendly atmosphere. Granted I was there on a quiet day, but it almost felt too sterile, too cold. Maybe an off day, but with the other options in town, I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

I started getting my eyebrows threaded about six months ago and have fallen in love with Mona, Entebello's eyebrow guru. She makes the procedure pain-free and fast. I have been to many different eyebrow technichians in Atlanta and no one can tell what your face needs like her. You will feel like a better version of yourself when you leave. Management is extremely friendly and the variety of high quality products such as Sonya Dakar are excellent. Try to remember you are in Atlanta and not Beverly Hills!

I visited Entebello for the first time last week as a day out with my girlfriend who was here visiting from Chicago. Since she has been more or less hibernating in her snow shoes since November and we were expecting 70 degree weather, she thought it would be a great time for a pedicure so she could wear her flip flops. Now, I have never been into pedicures because I am very particular about my sensitive feet, so I was apprehensive about her suggestion to go for the service. I was instantly made to feel comfortable upon entering the salon! It is beautiful and very inviting. We were treated like life-long clients on our first visit. The owner of the spa came by to welcome us and chat for a few minutes as we started our pedi's. Jameilah was taking care of me and she was WONDERFUL. Very friendly and fun during the whole time. We had such a great time. AND.... my feet have never looked so GREAT!!! I will be spreading the word about this gem of a spa because I can't think of a better place to go for a pedicure. I even plan to get my husband in there to their "guys" section for some services of his own. The next time I go I will also take my 6 year old for their kids Mani-Pedi for only $25 for us to have some girls time. Entebello is a wonderful place and shame on those negative reviewers for trying to turn off people who would otherwise be missing a spectacular time!!!!

Used this spa for brow services. Discovered threading with Mona. Beautiful talent for shaping brows. I was blown away!

Called for appointment to see Mona - she's gone. And, oh by the way, she didn't leave a forwarding address or contact - nope, don't have any idea where she could have gone! And, oops, no we don't have anyone who can help you with that right now!

So typical of every salon or so called spa in town. Just tell us where the folks went. We'll respect you for doing so and return for other services.

I won't go back.

Beautiful space but almost untouchable.
Pretty empty when I stopped in and almost felt like it was a museum of beautiful products. Look but don't touch. Staff was busy in there own conversation, gave me the look over, said hello, and kept on talking.
Not the kind of place I would feel comfortable in for a treatment, and service menu-I had to ask for?- seems expensive even for Buckhead.

Pros: good location w/parking, pretty space, lots of hard to find products

Cons: a little stuffy/ highbrow for their own good. Lighten up!

I have been to a lot of spas here in Atlanta and many have left a lot to be desired. But Entebello was amazing, with a fantastic selection of exclusive products and a friendly fun staff. I was greeted at the door by people who seemed genuinely glad that I arrived and they practically waited on me hand and foot. The facial was great and I felt like the facialist really was taking care of my skin. I had a glass of wine with my mani pedi and felt totally pampered. I glowed when I left. It was very difficult to leave without buying something for myself, my mom, my best friend, my sister and even my dog! OMG for the first time I actually had FUN going to a spa. It was money well spent. Thanks so much for the experience and I will be coming back.

I had two appointments scheduled and both were canceled because the service provider didn't show up. Entebello is a poor excuse for a spa and very poorly run.

I am an avid fan of Entebello and have visited for a variety of services: manicures, pedicure, facials and massages. I have never written a commentary before, but felt the need to after reading some of the other reviews. I don?t believe the negative reviews and can attest after many visits that this is a top-notch establishment. The staff is WONDERFUL and makes you feel at home the minute you walk in. I would encourage anyone to visit (male or female) and their prices are very reasonable?think manicures start at $18!

After reading the negative reviews on here I wasn't too excited about a gift certificate a friend had given me, but I can't even imagine these people were at the same place I was! The interior is nice, and the products even better! Someone complained about them not having massage chairs...otherwise known as pedicure thrones, and that is fine with me. I would rather relax on their banquet while flipping through the current magazines, and sipping the complimentary wine or champagne offered. Besides aren't those massage chairs what sprease all of that fungus???
The owner was not only there, but helped me choose a great gift for my sister, and the other sales people were very friendly too. My manicure and pedicure were both great, it has been 4 days, and everything is holding up well. They use really nice products, not that horrible cheap stuff that leaves your skin feeling waxy. Plus I looked at the menu when I was there, and they are definitely cheaper than some of the other places in the area. After reading the other reviews it makes me think they were written by a jealous competitor. Great experience!

I really enjoyed my service and conversation with the lady that did my nails but I must say it was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I normally go to the shopping center nail place but splurged for the spa since I had seen all of the ads. I was dissapointed. No massage chair, unshapely nails and quickest loss of polish.

All I can say is this place is terrible! Okay the products are very expensive and they spent a ton on building the place out... that said thats all they have. Why is it the most expensive spas lack on the service side? Is it because they spent all their time and money on the look of the place.... such a mistake. I compare this place to Paris Hilton... looks appealing but with no character or talent.

Like many others I would consider myself a product junkie...if you are too, you know what I mean. I went to Entebello for a manicure and was very pleasantly suprised to find that it is alos a GREAT apothecary. I would compare to a Sephora on steroids, and with a friendly, knowledgeable, and I must say entertaining staff. The owner was there during my visit, and was more than happy to help customers and make sure everyone was comfortable and finding what they need. I ended up going back for a Sonya Dakar facial, and was glowing afterwards. The products smelled great, and didn't have that heavy greasy feel. I also loved that there was no "sales pitch" during my facial. Atlanta was needing a place like this!

After a hard week at the office, I decided I needed a lift, and wanted to do something for myself. And Entebello, more than fit the bill. I felt comfortable, knowing they specialize in Men's Grooming also. After doing a skin analysis, the staff went to work pampering me. A facial, message, and a much needed pedicure. I did drop a few bucks on products. Products by Miller Harris, T. Leclerc, and Cowshed, all helped me with my own personal daily grooming. I will be coming here at least once a month.

Pros: A Man's Day of Pampering & Relaxation!

Cons: Pricey, But Well Worth It!
