Sounds like the last reviewer caught them on a bad day. Definitely not my experience. I work and live in the area and so I'm there at least twice a week. The food is tasty and staff super friendly. I love the chicken panini with avocado and pesto. My only complaint is the wait during lunch; the place gets crazy busy around noon.

Ratings_icons Urban Eats- Never Open, no tuna, no meat, no soup, no veggies things and no

On Saturday we got a wild hair and decided to give this place a shot for breakfast. Can I just tell you that right when we walk in there is a large, bright, orange sign that says something about breakfast --the exact thing that I crave on Saturday morning-- to only find out that nope, they actually don't serve breakfast on Saturdays (maybe that's what the orange sign said). Okay, taking it in stride I start looking over the "daily specials." I begin telling my friend how I am thinking of the Vegetarian popper things or the grilled cheese and tomato soup when the counter girls says, "oh, we're out of the vegetarian poppers." Not a big deal-- "give me the grilled cheese and soup then", but NO! can't have that because "they are out of tomato soup." Alright, I'm growing weary and I want to leave but I fear that my friend has her heart committed and I look at her and say "what were you going to get?", she decides on the tuna. Guess what?? NO TUNA! At this point I am totally over it and suggest that we go somewhere else. We leave and summarize the place with this, "Urban Eats- Never Open, no tuna, no meat, no soup, no veggies things and no breakfast." Let me ask this, "THEN WHY ARE YOU OPEN and why would you write daily specials on the board of which you are out of?!?" No wonder there were no other customers.

I will say that this has been my only experience of Urban Eats and maybe others have had fantastic meals there-- but not me =(
