Got many estimates for having my blue poly pipe replaced in the front yard as it was leaking. AR Crowell was right in the middle of the pack quote wise and seemed bvery professional and friendly. they showed up on time and worked through the day to dig up my yard and replace the pipes. The workers were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Unfortunately when they advised the work was complete and I checked the basement where they attached the new piping, the hole was leaking. They packed the hole and advised it would stop within a day or so it just needed time to dry up. Several days later it was still leaking and I called. They were pleasant but advised me since it rained, and my yard was soaked from the leak it would take longer before it stopped leaking. I reminded them that I had lived in the house for 12 years and had never had a problem with water in my basement before, even when the pipe was leaking outside. After forcing the issue they came out and repatched the inside. I also asked about the way they distributed the ground after they replaced the dirt. The next time it rained my basement leaked again. I called and had them come back out, they repatched again and redistributed the ground correctly this time. I have had to call them 3 more times to come out as it is still leaking. The last time they came out they told me my neighbor must have a leak. We called the county and were advised there wasn't a leak. I have had to involve the inspector as my basement is still leaking. Water runs down the wall where they drilled a bigger whole so you can't even catch it all in a bucket. When it rains I get so much water in my basement It fills 2 or 3 huge buckets each time. Save yourself the aggravation and don't use them. several of my neighbors on the street have used different plumbers and no one has had this issue. This has been and still is a nightmare, please don;t use them!
