The place is not very good. The food is below average at best, and their prices are horrible. I wouldn't pay that much for this food EVER. Their milkshakes are ok, seems to be their only redeeming quality. Overall, it's a ripoff.

This place was great! The servers were so nice to my kids. They made the experience very comfortable for me. And the place is FUN! The whole diner is 1950's themed...there's juke boxes and poodle skirts and great burgers and shakes. I highly recommend.

5 and Diner on Lincoln street In Worcester was a horrible experience. I have always wanted to go there since I saw it had opened, and asked other what they thought. Everyone I talked to especially my friends from facebook told me that they ate there and got sick. Regardless of this I wanted to give it a try. Sometimes I just can't take others opinions. Unfortunitly I should have. The girl that took our order asked me five times if i was ready with a reply of " WE ARE WAITING FOR PEOPLE STILL" .. rediculous.. all the girls looked unkept and were eating behind the counter, The food was absolutely disgusting, and thats me trying to be nice here. I went with three other people including my boyfriend. I and another person ordered the turkey dinner. First of all the turkey did not taste like turkey it looked like something you got in a TV dinner NOT KIDDING... it was hard to cut as well. The mashed potatoes were ice cold, the gravy had hardened over and looked like someone poured brown wax on the top and let it cool. The cranberry sauce still had the rings on it from the can. I took a bite of it and thought it was disgusting, i tried to let it slide and finish the meal because it was GROSS and I couldn't do it. I had the waitress take it back, the other in the group that got the same thing covered the entire meal in Ketchup JUST to be able to finish it. My boyfriend and his friend got hamburgers. NO LIE when I tell you that it was brown, and they bit into it their faces of disgust were priceless, we sat and actually WATCHED the meat on the inside turn from pink to dark brown. I was starving so i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, how could they mess that up right? It was two peices of toasted bread, with cheese in the middle not even melted.. NOT ONLY that... but we all left and by the time we got into the parking lot we were all sick, we all were bent over clutching our stomaches, I got sick at home as well. Wrote a horrible review. Never ever going back ever...

Honestly, I dont see what the big deal is. Higher prices than what you normally pay for breakfast for substandard food. There are many different locally owned places in worcester for better price and better food

Really cute. The waitress's nametags are Mouseketeer names from the original MickeyMouse Club.

Food was pretty much diner fare. The thick shake was thick and very s-l-o-w through the straw. Served in a tall milkshake glass with extra shake served alongside still in the metal mixer cup. Very nostalgic, as was the decor. Elvis, RT 66, CocaCola, etc.

A nice divalternative the run-of-the-mill burger joint.

Pros: Wonderful atmosphere. Perky waitresses. A fun experience

Cons: None

The few times I've been here at least one thing has gone wrong. They either screw up the order, have slow service or the food was less than average. Not all at once...usually only one things goes wrong but still, it's left me feeling like I keep giving them chances and they just can't hang with the big guys.
PROS - amazingly fun 50's atmoshphere with fun pictures and juke boxes on the table, even the staff is dressed in 50's attire.
CONS - service isn't that great, mainly the cooks.

The food is wicked good, and the milkshakes are to die for. The thing that sets this place apart is that its in the wrong decade. The diner is all about the 50's, and they stay true to it. its a very fun place to have dinner.
