Fernwood Hotel and Resort

The rooms at Fernwood Hotel are clean & comfortable as well as their villas. Nice family-oriented place to vacation. It has become my home away from home.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay if visiting the Bushkill area. The grounds are beautiful, there is so much to do, golf, swimming, horeback riding you name it.

For starters, Fernwood is very close to beautiful Bushkill Falls. We went in October and got a great rate on a nice villa. It has a hot tob and separate living room area with a kitchen. Much more than a typical hotel room. There is a shuttle that runs through the resort. They provide entertainment for free. The waitress at the restaurant was one of the sweetest ol' ladies ever.

Fernwood has everything. We went the winter but they have summer activities as well. We booked one of their small villas for a great rate. It was set in the quiet woods, it had a jacuzzi, eating area and small kitchen, a patio...and the best part was a heater under the bathroom cabinets to keep your feet warm while standing at the sink. It was conveniently located near Bushkill Falls and the outlets and ski areas. They also have a free shuttle that takes you from the villas just across the road to the main hotel with the restaurant, bar and entertainment. We went to a free comedy show, they have gyms and pools, skiing and tubing, horseback riding, the list goes on and on.
