I had an extreme mess on my head. Long hair with numerous colors left from doing it myself and a good swath of grey on top. Despite the fact that I didn't communicate the problem well when I made the appt., Mike was TRULY a miracle worker. In a couple of hours, he made me look and feel beautiful again.
