The technician, Seth, was very respectful and worked efficiently. He took his time listening to my concerns and addressed every one. I only ask for a one time, but definitely considering them for a long term plan.

Phillip Harris was our tech this last time. Super nice guy. In fact all the guys who have come to the house have been very professional and polite. They seem to know their work and always have solutions.

Abe stegall was very cool he came on time which I like who come on time. He did all job which I expected

My first experience with Bulwark Exterminating has been amazing. Allen L. answered all our questions and concerns and never made us feel out of place for asking. He was called out to spray for scorpions, but went ahead and took all our wasp nest down, and many other small items. All in all, I am very happy and would recommend my tech and my exterminator to anyone.

I have used Bulwark Exterminating for over a year now. They always have the best costumer service & their prices are very good for the services offered. The Techs who come out are always on time, and very friendly. Seth helped to completely get rid of our cockroach problem. We have also had Terry and Greg spray for us and they both were awesome listeners at where I wanted to spray in the house and outside. They are quick, but very efficient.

I also really feel comfortable with how good of costumer service they have, to call back and request them to re-spray if needed. This does not happen very often but if it does they always come back out and fix the issue at no extra charge to you!

If you want an extermination company that will do a wonderful job and always show great costumer service than this is the company for you!

Our exterminator Jeff was fantastic. First he came early to the appointment and proceeded to spray the inside as well as a perimeter spray along the outside of the house even though we werent due to have it for another 4 weeks. He didnt charge us for the extra work and did it with a smile on his face. We have had Jeff spray our house on several occassions and he has been great each and every time.

We had issues with our old company and decided to try out Bulwark.. James Foster was great! He took the time to show me everything and teach me about what he was doing.

Finally, the Jurassic Park sized cockroaches are gone. Bulwark got back to me very quickly and had time to come that week for the initial treatment. Tim Oggier was super friendly and explained what he was going to do and why. Great service.

Despite the heat he was thorough, took his time and was careful around our tomatoes and herbs without being reminded. Cameron was informative and very professional. We decided to use a pest control service for the first time since we moved to Austin. After Internet searches and neighbor recommendations we decided on Bulwark. It was a great decision.

Randy Schulle arrived just on time and explained everything in great detail. He was very also very courteous and professional. He was very patient with me since I asked many questions regarding the compounds they use and how they work.

We live in a very wooded area and had many scorpions coming in from the heat. Randy explained exactly how they go about getting the scorpions out of the house and how then they help keep them out.

I highly recommend the company and I definitely enjoyed having Randy as our technician.

We live in south Austin and recently used a pest control service for the first time. Bulwark was in our neighborhood and got good recommendations, so we decided to give it a try. Within several days of our first service we saw a few scorpions and some ants in the house. Ew. I called Bulwark and they sent another technician out the following business day. Apparently it is fairly common that bugs try to retreat indoors.

Sean Patton was the technician who came out, and he even called to see if it was convenient for us if he came early! Wow.

Sean was apologetic, friendly and knowledgeable and maintained a positive, "can do" attitude. He even treated the attic. I'm glad to say that I'm impressed with the company really doing what they promised ("call us with any problems and we'll come back"). I did, and they promptly and respectfully responded. Bulwark offer nice, friendly pest control service. When they first advertised their services, I was already with another company so I didn't go with them, but kept them on mind because they seem like they really know what they are talking about. Last winter when a nearby friend had ants breakout problem at her house, she called Bulwark and was highly satisfied with it. When my contract was up, I gave them a call....

I spoke with Scott Lucas on several occasions about mine and my spouse's concerns and questions and each time he was patient and knowledgeable about the different kind of pests and treatments and offered a good deal to switch over from our previous pest control service.

The technician was scheduled to do our initial service the next day. What's different about Bulwark from the previous service was that they work on weekends as opposed to weekdays only.

Our Technician Abe Stegall came by the house on a Saturday afternoon and he was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable at the same time despite having to work in the hot summer sun all day long. The initial service covered WAY more than our previous provider. Bulwarks did my whole front/back yards.

At the end he also asked if there was anything else I see that needs his attention and he'll get right on them. This was a vastly different attitude I received from the technician of our previous service provider, who was no where near as patient and was really just looking to do the job and be on his way. Abe also took the time to explain some things we might notice after the initial service. A couple of days after the service was done, I could immediately tell the difference around the house.

Having dealt with at least two reps from Bulwark in Scott and Abe, I can say this is a company that is dedicated to treating its customers with good information and service. I would highly recommend this company and its services. If you are looking for pest control around your house, give them a call.

I am very satisfied with the work.! I was originally going to cancel my contract do to lack of effort from a prior tech. I called Bulwark,left a message and recieved a call back from JAMES F He convinced me to stay and offered to come out and do the treatment himself...! WOW! DEDICATION! He came to my house today and ws extreamly friendly. He made my husband and I feel like friends, not customers. He was very sweet and informant. He treated my home as if it was his own. James F is AWESOME!!!!! Because of him I am going to stay a Bulwark customer. I really appreciate his hard work and dedication. I will be a customer for a very very long time! Thank you James!

James Foster came out to administer our initials service. He was thoughtful, kind, and more than adequately answered all our questions. He not only gave us service but taught us about what to expect from Houston bugs. Wife and I are originally from Minnesota--bugs just freeze there--and needed to know that to expect. Would recommend to anyone.

Sean Patton did a great job on my initial extermination. He was very freindly and I never felt uncomfortable having him in my house. We chatted back and fourth and he explained everything he was doing. He helped me understand the what the spray was so I didn't feel unsafe having it around my pets! The safty of the extermination was very important to me as I am about to have a baby! I deff reccommend this service! We called and they showed up the very next day! They even waited when I was a little late to my house instead of putting a we missed you card on the door! GREAT SERVICE!

Alan came out to our house today and did a superior job exterminating our home. He went above and beyond what he could have done. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some areas for me to be aware of for protential pest to get into the house.
