Pros: Very Determined Trainer

Cons: People Who Disapprove Haven't seen him yet!

I used to jog through prospect park and I saw Bryan's boot camp every time I went for a jog. I realized one day as I was trying on clothes at filenes basement that I needed some one to push me harder so I could reach my goal. I went for my usual jog and I saw Bryan again pushing his students and motivating them. I asked him about the boot camp and if I could join. He said I could join for free that day! So I tried it out then after class he spoke to me and I said I would definiitely come back and I have been going ever since. It's been over a year now and I went from a size 16 to a size 0. I'm in the best shape of my life and I kept it off, by following his meal plan , blogs and boot camps. If you don't believe me I have plenty of pictures to prove it.

Bryan is the best trainer out there. He does his workouts with the whole boot camp. He also worked around my bad knee, he gives alternative exercises to people with bad knees or backs, etc. I am so grateful for him. He motivates us in the boot camps. Compliments us. We all are getting defined and improving> If you want to lose weight Bryan's boot camp will do it for you.

@Bkgirl. Bryan has been training for over 7 years. He has plenty of knowledge of the human anatomy. I am numerous people have lost weight and gained definition. As for his competitiveness yeah he competes because this is he business. He isn't so focused on one person because he has plenty of other students in his class you moron. He does offer you plenty of time to speak with him after his boot camps. Bryan loves what he does and you can see that he does care about his students in his boot camps. He motivates us and makes us feel good about ourselves. He's even fair about what you can afford with him. Go be unhappy and complain somewhere else. You don't know what you're missing out on. He knows what he's doing because I rocked my body at the beach thanks to him.

Bryan has changed me and my child's lives! I was a little skeptical about hiring a personal trainer again after my horriable experience with my last trainer a few years ago. My last trainer was very boring and never changed it up. I even tried an outdoor boot camp program that ended up being to intense and the instructors really didn't care if I succeed or not. This time I was looking for something different. I wanted a trainer that was going to really push and motivate me while also actualy was compassionate about me losing the weight.
From the minute I contacted Bryan for my free consultation and told him about my goals he showed such enthusiasm about getting started with me. Intialy I started working out with him out of my small apartment and then as the weather got warmed he took me outside to workout. Bryan brought all the equipment and constantly changed up this workout. There were times where he would bring boxing gloves, and even a kettlebell!
Bryan was never late to any of our sessions. He was very motivating, and most importantly he was very educated! I had major lower back issues and Bryan helped make me more aware of my posture and helped correct it!
I was so impressed with Bryan that I let him train my 12 year old son! My son was very inactive and Bryan really changed that. My son is actually more active then ever and now loves working out!
Bottom line training with Bryan was the best decision I ever made!
